- When Dratini appears, use the Safari Zone’s capture interaction. A particular bait or rock sequence is not established as a reliably successful tactic, so do not count on a guaranteed method.
What encounter rate should you expect?
Serebii.net’s indexed location data reports Dratini at level 15 with a 15% encounter rate in Safari Zone Areas 1 and 2. That figure is specific to those areas; it should not be assumed to apply to Area 3 or the Center.
