Fortnite’s Love & Legends event began February 5, 2026, pairing Valentine’s loot with items tied to the Seven and HUNTR/X. Its login and Candy Hearts reward deadlines have passed. Here are the event dates, earning requirements, eligible modes, collaborations, and the additional February schedule reported at the time.
Love & Legends dates and free rewards
Epic’s February 5, 2026 announcement set out two ways to earn event rewards. Both deadlines are historical: as of October 4, 2026, neither activity is still available under the announced schedule.

The Candy Hearts activity counted matches in five modes: Battle Royale, Zero Build, Reload, OG, and Blitz. Epic’s announcement did not specify a Candy Hearts total in the event details cited here.
Weapons, gameplay items, and where they appeared
The event announcement named the MK-Seven Assault Rifle and Rumi’s Empowered Sword alongside new Valentine’s loot: the Lock On Assault Rifle and FlowBerry Mist Grenade. It said HUNTR/X gameplay items were available in unranked Battle Royale, unranked Reload, and Blitz.

Epic’s February 2026 community post described the Lock On Assault Rifle as tracking a target before firing a burst. It described the FlowBerry Mist Grenade as obscuring the user’s location, restoring shields, and temporarily giving nearby players low gravity. The post also listed returning content: Cupid’s Crossbow; the MK-Seven Assault Rifle in unranked Battle Royale; and Mira’s X-tra Spicy Raymeon, Rumi’s Empowered Sword, Zoey’s Bubble Shield, and Tiger’s Teleporting Mask in unranked Battle Royale, unranked Reload, and Blitz.
HUNTR/X and other collaboration items
Epic announced Golden-look HUNTR/X outfits for the Item Shop beginning February 6, 2026, at 7 PM ET. Jinu of the Saja Boys was also announced with a Demon Jinu alternate style. These were Shop announcements, not the login or Candy Hearts rewards.
The community post also said a solo Battle Royale KPop Demon Hunters Cup was scheduled for February 6. Top players could earn the Jinu Outfit through the cup without a V-Bucks purchase; the post did not give a placement cutoff in the details cited here.

Separately, Epic’s community post said Saturday Power Hours were planned from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM ET throughout February, and introduced a Rift Anomaly called Friendship Bubbles that created temporary protective bubbles in some matches.
