Ironwall Resolve is an Order Bunker in Dominion’s Terminus District in Borderlands 4. To open it, finish the side mission “One Gassy Issue,” use a Locust canister on the sealed entrance, then destroy the entry core and one core in each of the bunker’s two wings. The final fight is against Directive-0: bring Shock for its shield, Corrosive for its armor, and keep moving while dealing with turret orbs and adds.
Where is Ironwall Resolve, and how do you unlock it?
Ironwall Resolve is in Dominion’s Terminus District, near the Frantic Scrawl fast-travel point. - Complete “One Gassy Issue” to activate the nearby Locust dispenser.
- From the bunker entrance, go down the nearby stairs to the plaza. Find the Locust station on a trash pile and take a canister.
- Carry or grapple-pull the canister back to the entrance and throw it at the bio-armored seal. The canister is timed, so take a direct route rather than detouring.
How do you clear the bunker?
Once inside, shoot the visible power core to lower the first barrier. The central route stays blocked until you destroy the cores in both side wings. Enemy waves appear as you move through the bunker.
Left wing
Use the grapple node to reach the elevated route, then destroy the core there.

Climb the ladder and destroy the second wing core. With both side cores disabled, return to the center path.

How do you beat Directive-0?
The guide describes Directive-0 as having a shield bar followed by armor, so switch elements as its defenses change. It identifies the head as a weak point. The tactics below are guide recommendations rather than independently tested or guaranteed behavior across game patches.
- Shield: Use Shock damage.
- Armor: Switch to Corrosive damage.
- Head: Aim for the head when you have a clear shot.
- Turret orbs: Prioritize the orbs that deploy Rail Liner turrets; leaving them active adds pressure while you fight the boss.
- Frontal barrier: If it blocks your shots, reposition and attack from a flank rather than firing into it.
- Other attacks and adds: Keep moving or use arena cover to handle electrical projectiles and red explosive clusters. Control nearby enemies instead of focusing exclusively on the boss.
A loadout with both Shock and Corrosive coverage, plus weapons that can quickly handle turret orbs and adds, fits the fight’s reported demands. Mobility and survivability help when navigating the explosive patterns; no numeric damage comparison or universally best build is established by the cited guides.

What does Directive-0 drop?
The October 1, 2025 guide reports three dedicated legendary assault-rifle drops. It gives no drop probabilities, and loot behavior can change with patches, so treat these as reported drops rather than guaranteed rewards.
