Most ARC Raiders trinkets are loot you can sell for Coins, but some are needed for quests, Scrappy upgrades, Projects, or crafting, and a few have gameplay uses. Before selling one, check its current item details and your active objectives. Keep the quantity you still need; then decide whether surplus is worth selling based on its listed value, stack size, and usefulness to you.
What trinkets are—and what their rarity tells you
Trinkets are mostly decorative loot intended to be sold to Traders for Coins. Their icons have a small diamond marker, and the rarity colors are Common (white), Uncommon (green), Rare (blue), and Epic (purple), according to GameSpot’s trinket guide, published June 16, 2026. Rarity is not a reliable price list: items of the same rarity can have different sale values.
Trinkets are not all vendor-only. Some serve as quest or Scrappy-upgrade requirements; others may be used for Projects, crafting, or gameplay. The ARC Raiders Wiki describes them as items that can be sold for Coins or used to complete Projects. ARC Raiders Hub classifies them as decorative items that typically cannot be recycled.

Quests and Scrappy upgrades
These examples and quantities are listed by GameSpot and AllThings.How. Keep only what you still need for the relevant active objective or upgrade; after completing it, reassess any extras.

Gameplay and crafting
GameSpot and AllThings. How report that Bloated Tuna Can restores stamina, Expired Pasta restores health, and Rubber Duck can be thrown to make noise. AllThings. How also lists Empty Wine Bottle as an Agave Juice crafting input and Air Freshener as a Flamethrower component. These uses and recipes may change; check the current in-game item details before keeping an item for them.
Projects
The ARC Raiders Wiki says trinkets can contribute to Projects, but its general description does not establish a complete current list of which trinkets are required. Check your own Project objectives rather than treating a static list as exhaustive.

How much are trinkets worth?
Sale value varies by item, not just rarity. GameSpot’s guide gives examples including Burnt-Out Candles and Faded Photograph at $640 each, many Common items at $1,000, selected Uncommon items at $2,000, and selected Rare items at $3,000. Those are values reported in that guide, not guaranteed current prices. The ARC Raiders Wiki’s item table lists the “Leviathan’s Crown” Ship Model at 10,000 Coins and the “Sirena Dorata” Ship Model at 7,000 Coins; the page was last edited July 2, 2026.
Use the price currently shown in your game when making a sale decision. Do not assume that an item is valuable—or safe to sell—based on rarity alone.

A practical sell, stash, or use decision
- Check progression: Look at active quest and Scrappy-upgrade objectives, then reserve the amount they call for.
- Check Projects: Review current Project requirements before selling items that might contribute.
- Check the item: Read its current details for gameplay or crafting uses, and keep it only if that use matters to you.
- Assess the surplus: Compare the in-game sale value with the number of inventory slots the stack occupies and what else you could carry. Higher-value items may be better cash per slot, but this is only an inventory heuristic, not a universal rule.
- Sell what remains: Once relevant progression needs are met and you do not want the item’s utility, sell the surplus to a Trader.
Why static lists can go stale
The available item references are third-party guides and community resources, not an official item database. Prices, objectives, and item functions can change with game updates. GameSpot notes that its list may be updated as more trinkets are added, while ARC Raiders Hub identifies itself as unofficial. For an individual item, the active in-game tracker and current item details should take priority over a guide.
GamesRadar+ quoted Embark design director Virgil Watkins describing how some players pursue high-value trinkets while others overlook items such as faded photographs. That is an observation about player behavior, not a universal keep-or-sell rule; your objectives and the item’s current uses are the deciding factors.
