To open a sealed Weaver door in Hollow Knight: Silksong, get the Needolin by defeating Widow in Bellhart and binding her power, then stand at the door and hold the Needolin input to play. The melody costs Silk. In Moss Grotto, the door leads to Weavenest Atla.
How to open the Moss Grotto Weaver door

Progress to Bellhart and defeat Widow.

Bind Widow’s power to acquire the Needolin. The Needolin ability reference describes it as the ability used to unlock doors to Weavenests throughout Pharloom.

Return to the sealed Weaver door in Moss Grotto. A guide places the door at the far east of the area and notes it may remain inert before Widow is defeated (Nerd’s Chalk, September 7, 2025).

Stand beside the door and hold the Needolin input to play. The action consumes Silk, so make sure you have Silk available.

Go through the opened passage to reach Weavenest Atla. A Weavenest Atla area guide also associates Eva there with Hunter Crest upgrades in exchange for insight.
Needolin doors and Weaver tombs are different
Not every Weaver-marked object is a sealed door. A Shellwood Weaver tomb, encountered after Sister Splinter and a spiked path in the guide’s example, is inspected to gain Cling Grip, a wall-cling movement ability. It is not opened by playing Needolin. If an object does not respond to the melody, check whether it is a tomb or another interactable rather than a sealed Weavenest door (Nerd’s Chalk’s guide).

Wrong kind of object: the documented Shellwood tomb grants Cling Grip when inspected; it is not a Needolin door.
The cited guides establish the Moss Grotto example, not a complete list of sealed Weaver doors or exact routes to every Weavenest.
