Fortnite posted its Chapter 5 Season 2 cinematic teaser on March 7, 2024, with the caption “TOMORROW 👀.” It pointed to the next day’s launch of Myths & Mortals, a season built around Greek-mythology-inspired characters, locations, powers and weapons.
When did the cinematic teaser come out?
The Fortnite account posted the teaser on March 7, 2024, and captioned it “TOMORROW 👀,” as reproduced in ComicBook.com’s dated report. The caption referred to the March 8 launch of Chapter 5 Season 2, Myths & Mortals, announced by Epic Games.
ComicBook.com described the clip as roughly 20 seconds long. That is a secondary report, not an independently verified runtime.
What did it promote?
The teaser promoted Myths & Mortals, which brought Greek-mythology-inspired elements to Battle Royale. Epic’s season announcement centered the story on Pandora’s Box and Olympus and named Hades and Zeus among the Olympian figures. The separate official launch trailer likewise describes Pandora’s Box as opened and names Hades and Zeus as figures ruling the island.

No. The March 7 cinematic teaser and Fortnite’s full Myths & Mortals Launch Trailer are separate videos. The launch trailer was published on Fortnite’s verified YouTube channel and has its own official description. Epic describes Battle Royale in that description as a “completely free 100-player PvP mode.”
