The current Season 15, patch 3.2.1 database listing gives Blessed Hammer +3 ranks and 80–100% increased damage, with a Lucky Hit effect that can spawn another base Blessed Hammer on the target hit. The listing names Urivar as its source, but neither it nor player reports establish a guaranteed drop or a regular drop rate.

- Unique effect: Blessed Hammer deals 80–100% increased damage. Lucky Hit has up to a 20% chance to spawn a base Blessed Hammer on the target hit.
These are the values on the third-party database’s Season 15, patch 3.2.1 listing; they are not independently verified in-game test results or an official Blizzard patch note. The database records no patch changes for the item. Season 15 and patch 3.2.1 are the listing’s stated context.
Where to get Herald’s Morningstar
The current listing names Urivar as the item’s source. Players posting on Blizzard’s official forum in May 2026 also said it was in Urivar’s lair boss loot table; one poster reported obtaining two from him. Those posts are individual player accounts, not official confirmation of the loot table or evidence of a particular drop rate. The available information does not establish that Urivar drops the mace regularly or that any run guarantees it.

Who should consider using it?
Its listed bonuses are specifically for Blessed Hammer, so the clearest fit is a Paladin build that uses that skill. The available evidence does not establish how it performs against other weapons or provide measured build results. A comparison would need to account for each weapon’s Blessed Hammer damage contribution, Lucky Hit behavior, affixes, and acquisition effort.
