Quest requirements and place in the chain
Apollo gives you A First Foothold, which takes place on The Blue Gate. Quest listings show The Blue Gate map unlock as a requirement, place Off The Radar before it, and list Reduced To Rubble after it. See the ARC Raiders Wiki quest page for the listing.
How to complete all four objectives
Use the named landmarks to identify each interaction point; nearby structures can look similar. The objectives and locations below are corroborated by the ARC Raiders Hub walkthrough and RaidersData quest entry.
- Stabilize the observation deck near Ridgeline. Locate the observation deck and interact with its sides.
- Enable the comms terminal near Olive Grove. Find the comms point and interact with its orange terminal.
- Rotate the satellite dishes on the church roof north of Data Vault. Use the scaffolding to reach the roof, then interact with the dishes.
- Nail down the roof plates on the Raider structure near Trapper’s Glade. Go to the top of the structure and interact with the roof plates.
The available guides establish these landmarks and actions, but not a verified optimal order, exact coordinates, or a safe route between them. Treat the objectives as separate destinations rather than relying on an unverified path.

Can you finish the quest across multiple raids?
Yes. GameSpot reports that you do not need to complete all four tasks in one raid and that objective progress counts even if you do not extract. If a run becomes risky, you can leave some sites for another visit instead of pushing through the whole checklist to finish in one trip.
