He later told colleagues what happened, and reports that multiple people bought the game after hearing the story—a workplace anecdote, not verified sales data.
What happened when Wilde disabled the robot’s systems?
A tutorial directed Wilde to the robot’s settings menu, where he found switches for “hearing,” “life support,” and “thinking.” He pressed the red “KILL” controls. The consequences were immediate: he says he could no longer hear, see, or move, and could not avoid burning in direct sunlight. Turning off thinking garbled the game’s text, too.
After dying, Wilde returned to the menu and had to recall how to load an earlier save to make the text readable again. That chain of mistakes became the story he shared with colleagues; he says multiple of them bought RADIOSOL afterward. The exact number is not given, and the purchases are not independently verified.
What does RADIOSOL play like in the opening stretch?
In the portion he describes, Wilde controls a wall-climbing spider-like robot exploring deserted megastructures and desert ruins. The robot makes large jumps in what he interprets as a low-gravity environment, while exposed ground is dangerous: crossing between shadows helps avoid direct sunlight.

Wilde was heading toward a pyramid and looking for a “Megapol station” in the territory of the “Locus Group of Companies.” He says multiple subjects broadcast information and that he had encountered no combat in the part he played. These are observations from his opening stretch, not a complete guide to the game or a claim that the full game has no combat.
Is this a review of RADIOSOL?
No. Wilde explicitly presents the article as a first impression, saying he had not played far enough to form a full opinion. It is best read as an account of one memorable early-game mishap and the exploration he had seen so far—not a verdict on the complete game.

Where is RADIOSOL available, and what did it cost?
Wilde’s October 1, 2026 article identifies RADIOSOL as available on Steam and reports a price of $9 at that time. He also reports that developer TripletConcept said on X it used AI for “some coding and utility stuff like handling Git merges.” Those are statements as reported by Wilde; his article does not independently establish the developer’s workflow.
