Why top spots work
- The first thing buyers see
People open a ranking to choose a tool. Your product is the first row they read, with your own Visit button.
- A do-follow link from an editorial page
The Visit button links straight to your site — no redirect in between.
- Private stats
Impressions and clicks for your spot, day by day, in your vendor dashboard.
Your spot, guaranteed
- No outbidding
Each position is sold once per directory. Nobody can take your spot during your term — not even for more money.
- Scores stay editorial
Your editor score and verdict never change for payment. The Featured tag tells readers the position is paid.
- Live within 2 business days
Already in the directory? Live within the hour. New to us? Our editors research it first — or you get a full refund.
How it works
What happens after you pay, step by step.
- Pick a directory and a position
Open positions are shown live. Monthly, yearly or lifetime.
- Pay
Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — the receipt arrives by e-mail at once.
- You're at the top
Within the hour when you're already listed there; otherwise within 2 business days.
Questions
What exactly do I buy?
Top spot #k: position #k of a directory's numbered ranking. Your product ranks #k and every listing from #k down moves one place. Your row carries your logo, one-liner, screenshot, a Visit button with a do-follow link and a small Featured tag; your profile page shows the same tag.
Does paying change our score or verdict?
No. Scores and reviews are set by our editors and never change for payment. A top spot buys the position you choose: your row sits at that rank and carries a small Featured tag, so readers know the position is paid.
How soon is it live?
If your product is already in that directory, within the hour of payment. If it isn't, our editors research it from its official website first — within 2 business days either way, or a full refund. You get the link by e-mail.
Monthly, yearly or lifetime — how do renewals work?
Monthly and yearly renew automatically until you cancel (vendor dashboard or the Dodo Payments portal link in your receipt); lifetime is one payment and the top spot never comes down.
What if the position I want is taken?
It stays with its holder for the whole term. Pick another position on the checkout, or join the waitlist (no payment) and we e-mail you the moment it frees.
Invoice and tax?
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it charges applicable tax at checkout and e-mails a receipt with the tax details at once. Add your company details at checkout for an invoice.
Need #6+, several directories or a sponsored guide?
That's a custom campaign — tell us what you have in mind and we reply within one business day.
Goes well with this
Add any of these to the same order at checkout — one payment.
