AION 2 reward delivery depends on the promotion: some coupon items go to the selected character’s inventory, while other rewards arrive in the in-game mailbox. Check the official notice for your region and the specific reward before redeeming.
Where AION 2 coupon rewards go
Coupon redemption and reward delivery are separate steps. An official Korean pre-registration notice says coupon rewards are delivered to the character inventory on the selected server. The same notice says mobile-market pre-registration rewards arrive through the in-game mailbox after launch. NCSoft’s global launch-celebration page, meanwhile, says its two featured mounts are automatically sent to the in-game mailbox. The destination therefore depends on the campaign, not simply on whether an item is called a reward.
How to redeem an AION 2 coupon
Follow the method specified in the official notice for your region and code. The Korean pre-registration notice gives this in-game route:
- Open Settings > Miscellaneous > Account > Coupon Registration.
- Enter the coupon code and submit it.
- Select the server and character as directed by the campaign, then check the delivery destination named in the notice.
The Korean notice also links to a coupon-registration page. NCSoft’s global support search excerpt says its global pre-registration coupon can be redeemed in-game after official launch. Menu labels and redemption routes can differ by region, so do not assume the Korean path applies to the global client.

Check the campaign terms before claiming
Before entering a code, open the official notice for that exact reward and confirm its region, server eligibility, account limit, and expiry. These details vary by campaign: Korean notices include examples with a one-account use limit and an expiration date, while a separate notice specifies its own use window, eligibility across all servers, and once-per-account limit. Those terms are examples, not rules for every AION 2 code.
Pay attention to time zones as well. The global launch-celebration page states that its reward is available once per region and gives eligibility and claim deadlines in JST. A Korean promotion may have different dates, server scope, or redemption instructions.

Current global launch-celebration reward example
NCSoft’s global site lists an official AION 2 launch date of October 5, 2026. For its launch-celebration campaign, two mounts are automatically delivered to the in-game mailbox. The page says an account must be created by December 2, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST to be eligible; the reward is granted once per region, and the claim deadline is December 9, 2026 at 3:30 PM JST. These conditions apply to that campaign only and should not be applied to Korean service or later events. Check the live official page for current status.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why a code or reward may not appear where expected
- Wrong destination: Check both the character inventory and in-game mailbox, then compare them with the notice’s stated delivery method.
- Wrong region or server: Confirm the code applies to your service region and selected server. A Korean notice does not establish global eligibility.
- Account limit or expiry: A code may be limited to one use per account or may have a campaign-specific deadline.
- Not yet redeemable: The global support excerpt says the global pre-registration coupon can be redeemed in-game after official launch. Follow the timing and route in the relevant current notice.
Current code availability and exact live menu behavior are not established by the cited support excerpt. Use the newest official notice for your region rather than assuming an older campaign code remains valid.
