There are 30 Lost Fleas hidden throughout Pharloom. The quest starts with Fleamaster Mooshka and the Flea Caravan in the eastern part of The Marrow. Rescue five fleas, return to the caravan, and repeat the five-flea turn-in loop as new movement abilities open previously unreachable routes.
How to start the Lost Fleas quest
- Travel to the eastern side of The Marrow and find Fleamaster Mooshka beside the Flea Caravan.
- Speak with Mooshka and accept the Lost Fleas Wish.
- Rescue five Lost Fleas anywhere in Pharloom.
- Return to the caravan to claim the next reward or service, then continue collecting in groups of five.
The first five rescues unlock Flea Brew and move the caravan to Greymoor. Later camps are reported in Blasted Steps and the Putrified Ducts (also called Fleatopia in some guides). The exact later milestone wording differs between published guides and may be build-sensitive, so use the caravan’s current location and in-game Wish counter rather than relying on an unverified threshold.
All 30 Lost Fleas by numbered set
Silksong Codes organizes the collection into six sets of five. Numbering and ordering conventions differ slightly between guides, so treat the numbers below as a planning reference and confirm an individual pin on your current map when a guide’s numbering disagrees.

Interactive area maps group the 30 pins across roughly 20 named areas, including Craw Lake, Exhaust Organ, and Bilehaven. A flea’s region does not indicate when you can collect it: several early-area pins require upgrades obtained much later.

Region-by-region route notes
The Marrow
After the Bell Beast sequence, climb through the upper platforms toward the top-right portion of the area. The flea is trapped near the highest section, making it one of the earliest practical rescues.
Deep Docks
One route begins behind a hidden wall and leads into a lava-timing platforming section. Another requires Swift Step to clear wide gaps. A separate route passes through a Simple Key door; Clawline is required and double jump is recommended for the approach.
Far Fields
A flea near Pilgrim’s Rest is concealed behind a false wall and an enemy ambush. Another Far Fields route uses Drifter’s Cloak or equivalent late traversal, so revisit the zone after obtaining the relevant movement upgrade.

The collection route follows the Skull Ant progression and is primarily a pogo-focused vertical challenge. Practice downward strikes and look for the safe ledges that reset your jump height.

Wormways
The Wormways flea is part of the second collection set in the published numbering. Its placement makes it a useful stop while routing between Hunter’s March and Shellwood rather than a destination that requires a special detour.
Shellwood and Bellhart
Shellwood’s flea is listed as #9 and Bellhart’s as #10. Both are on the broad regional maps, but the exact room order can vary with your route through Pharloom; mark the pin before leaving a bench so a later return is easy to identify.
Greymoor
Greymoor contains multiple fleas, including the early #11–12 pair and the late #29 entry. Routes include a balloon-jumping puzzle and tower or icy-room passages that use Cling Grip. Because the caravan moves here after the first five-flea turn-in, Greymoor is a natural base for the next collection loop.

Sinner’s Road
The Sinner’s Road flea is #13 in the common guide numbering. Treat it as a short regional pickup only when your current abilities let you pass the surrounding hazards; it is not necessarily available on your first visit.

Bilewater
Bilewater holds three numbered entries (#14–16) across its wetland sub-areas. One flea outside the Exhaust Organ is reached through pipe chambers and a concealed upper-left exit. Craw Lake, Exhaust Organ, and Bilehaven are separate map labels, so check each pin rather than assuming one Bilewater visit clears the region.
Whispering Vaults
The Whispering Vaults flea is #17. Its position belongs to the midgame portion of the collection and may require returning after an additional movement upgrade.
Choral Chambers and Songclave
Three fleas (#18–20) are grouped in the Choral Chambers/Songclave area. Follow the map pins through the connected musical rooms and keep a bench location in mind before attempting the longer traversal sections.

Underworks contains #21–22. These routes are part of the later half of the six-set progression and commonly involve backtracking through vertical machinery spaces.

Sands of Karak
The #23–24 pair uses a hidden upper path. The route can require roots, coral seeds, Clawline, Swift Step, and Cling Grip; if any one of those interactions is missing, leave the pin marked and return instead of forcing the room.
The Slab
The Slab contains #25–26. Approach these after the relevant keys and movement tools are available, since the area’s locked and vertical passages can make an early attempt inefficient.
Mount Fey (Mount Fay)
The single Mount Fey flea is #27. Guides use both “Mount Fey” and “Mount Fay”; they refer to the same region. The climb is best attempted with your full mid-to-late traversal kit.

Memorium’s flea is #28. It is one of the final collection-set entries and is normally handled during a deliberate late-game sweep rather than an initial exploration pass.

Putrified Ducts
The final numbered entry, #30, is in the Putrified Ducts. The late caravan camp is also reported here as Fleatopia, and the area is where Vog’s map-marking service becomes available.

- Swift Step: clears long horizontal gaps, especially in Deep Docks and Sands of Karak.
- Cling Grip: opens tower, ice-room, and upper-wall routes in Greymoor and the Sands.
- Drifter’s Cloak: supports a Far Fields route and other movement-heavy returns.
- Clawline: required for the Simple Key route in Deep Docks and used in the Sands’ hidden upper path.
- Double jump: recommended for the Deep Docks Simple Key approach and useful wherever a route chains multiple aerial corrections.
- Pogo techniques: essential for the Hunter’s March vertical challenge and useful for hazard crossings elsewhere.
- Keys: at least one Deep Docks flea is behind a Simple Key door; other locked routes should be revisited when your key inventory increases.
Do not interpret an uncollected pin in an early zone as a missed opportunity. The map groups fleas by geography, while the quest’s practical order is determined by movement upgrades, keys, and hazard access.
Rewards and caravan services

Published guides agree on these rewards but differ in the exact numerical thresholds for the later caravan moves to Blasted Steps and the Putrified Ducts. Check the current in-game caravan state for the authoritative trigger in your build.
How to mark missing fleas on your map
In Act 2, find Vog in the upper Putrified Ducts. Vog can be paid in Rosaries to mark only the Lost Fleas you have not yet rescued on the in-game map. Because Vog appears late, you can collect many fleas before this service exists; it is a cleanup tool, not a requirement for starting the quest.

A practical collection order
- Start the Wish in The Marrow and take any immediately reachable flea in The Marrow, Deep Docks, and Far Fields.
- Use the first five-flea return to unlock Flea Brew, then base your next sweep around Greymoor and nearby regions.
- When new movement tools arrive, revisit marked pins in Far Fields, Hunter’s March, Greymoor, and the Sands of Karak instead of searching only newly opened zones.
- Clear Bilewater’s separate sub-areas deliberately, checking Craw Lake, Exhaust Organ, and Bilehaven pins one at a time.
- Finish the late regions—The Slab, Mount Fey, Memorium, and Putrified Ducts—once your keys and traversal kit are complete.
- Use Vog’s Rosary service in the Putrified Ducts to reveal any remaining unrescued pins, then return to the caravan for the 30-flea reward.
