Find five Protectorate Armorial IDs in Skycutter A102, then return to the basement to open the heavy-duty Protectorate container beside Warden Captain Beauregard’s body. Follow the bodies, keys, and lift landmarks below; guides disagree on the fourth ID’s deck number, so the route avoids relying on it.

Find the five Armorial IDs in Skycutter A102

  1. ID #1: Warden Captain Beauregard in the basement

Enter Skycutter A102 and go down to the basement. Warden Captain Beauregard’s body is beside the heavy-duty Protectorate container. Loot his body for the first Armorial ID and the Skycutter Entrance Key.

  2. ID #2: Warden Sharpshooter Marchand by the elevator shaft

Return to the locked door on the stairs platform and open it with the Entrance Key. Follow the broken-window route into the hall with the elevator shaft. Marchand’s body is beside the elevator; search it for ID #2. Expect hostile machines and other enemies as you move through the tower.

  3. ID #3: Warden Gunner Aimes on the upper ladder route

From the hall, continue upward using the stairs and ladders. Clear the Raptidons in the area, then search Warden Gunner Aimes’s body along the higher ladder route for ID #3.

  4. ID #4: The body beside the lift

Continue across broken platforms and hanging supports, using the ladders to reach the lift area. Search the body beside the elevator for ID #4 and the Skycutter Lift Override Key. Guides label this section differently—Floor 6, Deck 6, or simply an upper floor—so use the lift and the body carrying the key as your landmarks.

  5. ID #5: Outside the top-floor exit

Use the nearby terminal with the Lift Override Key to access the lift. Enemies attack while you do this, so defeat them before riding up. Leave through the door to the outside and search the nearby body for ID #5. It also carries the Control Panel Schematics.

Open the Protectorate container

Return to the basement and use all five Armorial IDs on the heavy-duty Protectorate container beside Beauregard’s body. Its listed rewards include a Cadre 618 Vestige Datapad, a Trauma Kit, 934-bit cartridges, and an Advanced Decryption Key. Clawsomegamer also reports 810 XP for opening it; that amount is not corroborated by the other detailed walkthrough cited here. Clawsomegamer’s Skycutter guide · TheGameSlayer’s Armorial ID guide

Use the Control Panel Schematics for the separate quest

The schematics found with ID #5 are relevant to the separate quest Ascent in the Howling Tower. The guide says to use them at a nearby control panel to send a power surge. If you are focused on Who Else But Us, you can collect the schematics with the fifth ID and finish opening the basement container first. Clawsomegamer’s Skycutter guide
