Find an icon and shoot it with any weapon to make its corresponding drop appear in front of you. The locations are reported to stay the same between games; a scope can make distant targets easier to see, but is not required.

Max Ammo — Abandoned Roof
From the rooftop where the run begins, look east and down toward the nearer end of the right-hand yellow arch. The icon is set against the arch.
-
Bonus Points — Riverside, by Olly’s Comics
Go to the north end of Riverside. Look up at the second-floor window on the back wall of Olly’s Comics; the icon rests on an air-conditioning unit. Gameranx says this drop awards 500 points, or 1,000 while Double Points is active.

-
Nuke — Savings & Loans bank
From the bank roof, also called The Alamo, look through the lower-left skylight toward the chandelier. The icon is inside it. Gameranx also notes that a grenade thrown from inside the bank can hit the icon.

How to collect each drop
Shoot the icon with any weapon. When hit, its matching Power-Up appears in front of you to collect. A scope may help you spot and hit icons that are distant or difficult to see with iron sights, but Gameranx does not describe a scope as a requirement.

Fire Sale and the Bloody Pool are separate
Fire Sale is not one of the seven fixed icons in Gameranx’s list. The guide mentions a possible connection to a separate Easter egg at the blood-filled pool behind Motor Lodge, beside Fuller’s Liberty Lanes.
In Gameranx’s Bloody Pool guide, the procedure is to bring three Semtex grenades, wait for a Vermin round, then throw all three quickly into the pool. If it works, a red orb appears and drops equipment and Salvage; the guide says the Easter egg can be repeated on later Vermin rounds. It does not establish that the reward is a guaranteed Fire Sale.
A separate video search-result description claims that collecting all seven icons produces a Fire Sale in a trash can beside the PhD machine. That claim is not established by the available guide evidence, so it should not be treated as a confirmed eighth location or reward.
