The Nerd Stash guide lists 12 collectibles across four Act 5 chapters: one in Chapter 1, three in Chapter 2, five in Chapter 4, and three in Chapter 5. Its page has no Chapter 3 section, so that omission does not confirm whether Chapter 3 has collectibles. The locations below are attributed to the guide and have not been independently verified.
Chapter 1: 1 listed collectible
- COG Tags of Private Lorin Galvin: After the train section, head toward the next objective and look left before entering the park area.
Chapter 2: 3 listed collectibles
- COG Tags of Specialist Wallace Teale: At the start of the chapter, turn left toward the containers. The guide places the corpse there.
- Clinical Test Trial Medication: Look on the hospital’s second floor.
- COG Tags of Master Sergeant Joseph Kopec: During the escape through the building, find the room on fire; the corpse is seated on a chair.
Chapter 3: no section in the guide
The Nerd Stash page has no Chapter 3 section. It does not establish a collectible count for that chapter, so this checklist does not assign one.
Chapter 4: 5 listed collectibles
- COG Tags of Lieutenant Enola Tabaaha: Before entering the room with Michaelson, turn left to find the body.
- Captain’s Log, CNV Resolute: Check the room where you meet Michaelson and the other high-command members.
- CNV Resolute Decommissioning Plans: In a workshop-like room along the main objective route, crawl beneath the generator and check the table.
- COG Tags of Lieutenant Arthur Palarmo: After climbing the ladder while escorting Zee, turn left to find the body and tags.
- Sketch of the Kalona Skyline: Reach the top of the crane in the chapter’s final area.
Chapter 5: 3 listed collectibles
Spoiler warning: This section reveals the final boss, the ending, and character-fate-related rewards.
- COG Tags of Sergeant Alton Hau: Look among the impaled bodies on the bridge. The guide identifies it as the first bridge visited in Act 1.
- COG Tags of Sergeant Bryce Valen: The guide says this is obtained by defeating the final boss.
- Carlos Santiago’s COG Tags and Photo: The guide says this is obtained by finishing the game.
Finding missed collectibles
The Nerd Stash guide says missed collectibles can be found by replaying the relevant chapter. Several of its listed locations are route-side detours—particularly items placed to the left of the path—so check those areas before continuing toward the next objective.
