The Forge’s enemy roster is split across ten regions, from Stonewake’s Cross to Jade Spirit Cave. Below is a region-by-region list of enemies and the drops reported for them, followed by practical combat advice and focused strategies for the Reaper and Elite Deathaxe Skeleton. Enemy stats come from a guide updated June 1, 2026; they are reported values, not independently verified measurements, and some newer enemies still have stats listed as TBA.

All enemies in The Forge, by region

The table reflects the roster and drop categories in TechWiser’s guide, updated June 1, 2026. Its HP and damage figures can vary with enemy level and game updates. Drops are possible categories listed by the guide, not guaranteed rewards; it does not consistently provide drop odds.

Secret Maze Skeleton Pirate; Cthulhu Cthulhu: 11,200–15,600 HP, 115 damage. Skeleton Pirate’s stats are not stated here. Essence tiers.
Baboon Forest Mountain Ape; Savage Ape; Samurai Ape; Monk Panda Stats are listed as TBA in the guide. Essence tiers; Rage Mark, Briar Notch, and Ward Patch appear where listed.
Holy Tree Brute Oni; Frostburn Oni; Warlord Oni; Hellflame Oni Stats are listed as TBA in the guide. Essence tiers; Frost Speck II, Rage Mark II, Onite, and Flame Spark II appear where listed.
Jade Spirit Cave Pale Oni; Spirit Golem; Hellbringer Hellbringer: 40,000–50,000 HP, 225 damage. Other listed enemies’ stats are not stated here. Pale Oni lists Yin Ore; Spirit Golem lists Yang Ore; Hellbringer lists Oni Mask.

Combat basics that work across regions

  • Keep moving. Circle enemies instead of charging directly into their attacks. Look for a recovery window after an enemy misses or finishes an attack, then punish briefly.
  • Use terrain when it helps. Rocks and other obstacles can provide cover or a positioning advantage against enemies whose movement allows it. This is situational, not a reliable method for every encounter.
  • Upgrade before pushing deeper. Improve your in-game weapon and armor as you move into harder regions. TechWiser specifically names Dragon Slayer for end-game fights and Drain Edge as a lifesteal rune; these are suggestions from that guide, not a guarantee that a particular build will suit every player.
  • Control the fight’s pace. Avoid extending an opening into a long combo if it leaves you exposed. A short attack during recovery, followed by repositioning, is safer than trading hits.

How to beat the Reaper

The Reaper is listed at 800–1,200 HP and 65–90 damage in TechWiser’s June 1, 2026 guide. Those are guide-reported ranges, not fixed values confirmed for every level or update. The Forge Database’s unofficial boss guide recommends circling to the right on flat ground and attacking after the Reaper misses a lunge. It also suggests using high ground where available. Treat both as encounter ideas rather than guaranteed exploits: the source does not establish that terrain or positioning works in every arena.

How to handle an Elite Deathaxe Skeleton

TechWiser reports 300–570 HP and 50–124 damage for the Elite Deathaxe Skeleton in its June 1, 2026 roster. The Forge Database’s unofficial guide suggests clearing nearby enemies first, maintaining space with a longer-reach weapon, and retreating after a short attack window. It also recommends parrying, but its own homepage says there is no parry mechanic, while the boss guide gives a parry input and timing. That conflict means the parry advice and control prompt should not be treated as settled; rely on spacing and brief punish windows unless you confirm the current in-game controls.

What to know about the roster’s newer entries

The guide lists Baboon Forest and Holy Tree enemies, but marks their HP and damage as TBA. Do not assume those enemies have the same stats as other regions or infer values from their names. The roster is a dated third-party reference, so updates may also change figures, enemy behavior, or drops.
