Road 96 safe codes
Match each combination to the encounter or location where it is reported. The Steam Community guide by Eluzi, posted April 12, 2025, lists four codes; a separate guide supplies the locations in the table. Read the Steam guide and Simple Game Guide’s code list.

Road 96 phone numbers and options
The following numbers and uses appear in community guides. Eluzi’s Steam guide was posted April 12, 2025; Simple Game Guide’s list was published March 16, 2026. Their lists overlap but are not identical. See the Steam guide and 2026 guide.

Why the Brigade-related numbers do not match
Do not treat 6-11 and 96-112 as interchangeable. The Steam guide assigns 96-112 to reporting Black Brigade activity. The March 16, 2026 Simple Game Guide lists 6-11 as Sonya’s hotline and describes it as a number advertised against the Brigades. The sources do not reconcile the difference, so the safest lookup is to follow the number and purpose reported by the specific guide rather than assume one replaces the other.
Phone booth costs reported by guides
The Steam guide says using the phone booth costs $1 and dialing either campaign number costs $10, for $11 total toward the campaign-funder achievement. Simple Game Guide also reports a $1 charge per call. These are secondary-source figures, not official pricing documentation; the $10 donation amount is specifically attributed to the Steam guide. Why a code or call may not appear in your run
Road 96 encounters can vary between playthroughs. The Steam guide describes its sequence as randomized and presents locations without a fixed chronological order; Simple Game Guide likewise warns that not every code or encounter necessarily appears in one run. Eluzi says the Steam list contains codes the author found and invites reports of omissions. A missing entry may therefore be tied to another encounter or run, and these lists should not be read as proof that every possible code or phone interaction is covered.
