Amazon Luna’s clearest new EA addition is EA SPORTS FC 26, which Amazon announced as included with Prime at no extra charge. Cloud streaming is officially listed in 14 countries; Amazon has expressed an intention to expand, but has not announced a specific new-country launch. A July 2026 Prime Video integration makes Luna easier to access on supported Fire TV devices in the U.S. and U.K.—it does not expand Luna’s country footprint.
What EA games are on Luna?
Amazon’s April 2, 2026 Luna content update announced EA SPORTS FC 26 for Prime members at no additional charge. Amazon also listed FC 26 in its July 23 Prime Video and Luna announcement.

Earlier Amazon announcements promoted other EA-associated games in Luna Premium, including EA SPORTS FC 25, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Batman: Arkham Knight. Treat those as examples from Amazon’s announced catalog, not a promise that every title remains available: Luna’s subscription library can change. Check the live Luna library in your region before subscribing.

Do you need Prime, Luna Premium or an EA Account?
- Prime: Provides access to Luna Standard’s included library. FC 26 was specifically announced as included with Prime, subject to availability in supported cloud markets.
- Luna Premium: Offers a broader curated library. It is not required for FC 26 based on Amazon’s announcement, but other EA titles may be available only in a particular tier or for a limited time.
- EA Account: EA says you need to link an EA Account with Luna to play EA games. Linking accounts does not itself grant access to a game; you still need an entitlement through the applicable Luna library or tier.
- Previously owned EA games: Owning a game through EA or another store no longer gives you Luna streaming access through the old Bring Your Own Library (BYOL) feature.
To start, open Luna on a supported device, sign in with the Amazon account tied to your Luna access, and follow the prompt to sign in to or link your EA Account. Use the same linked accounts on later devices; EA says progress can sync when you use those accounts. If the wrong account appears, verify which Amazon and EA accounts are signed in before authorizing. Avoid unlinking accounts casually, since account changes can complicate access or progression.

Where does Luna cloud streaming work?
Amazon’s published cloud-streaming markets are the following 14 countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
- Austria
- Netherlands
- Poland
- Sweden
- Portugal
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
That list is about cloud-delivered Luna games, not every Prime gaming benefit. Amazon says downloadable PC games claimed through Prime are available in more than 200 countries or regions, subject to eligibility and regional availability. Has Luna actually expanded to new countries?
Not in a specifically announced country rollout reflected in Amazon’s available information. Amazon says it intends to expand Luna cloud availability over time, but has not named an additional country or launch date. For now, the official footprint remains the 14 markets above. Readers elsewhere should not assume that a launch is imminent.
What the Prime Video rollout changes
Beginning July 23, 2026, Prime members in the U.S. and U.K. can find a Games tab in the Prime Video app on supported Fire TV devices and launch supported Luna games. Amazon describes gamepad and phone-based control options. This is a change in how some users find and access Luna games—not evidence of a new national Luna launch. Important change for people who bought EA games
Luna is no longer a way to stream an EA game simply because you own it elsewhere. Amazon says Luna stopped offering game stores, individual purchases and third-party subscriptions starting April 10, 2026. Its support page says previously purchased titles and BYOL access ended on June 10, 2026. EA’s support page instead gives June 3, 2026 as the date BYOL support ended. Both dates have passed; the practical result is that the old BYOL route is no longer available. Amazon says affected EA purchases remain accessible through the linked third-party account via the EA App, not through Luna.
If you need save data from a game affected by the change, act promptly. Amazon said affected Luna save data could be downloaded for 90 days after June 10, 2026, placing the stated window close to its end on August 18. Amazon warns that compatibility with another service varies by game and platform; downloading a save does not guarantee it can be used elsewhere. Devices, connection and common problems
Amazon lists Fire TV, Fire tablets, selected Samsung and LG smart TVs, iOS and Android devices, PCs, Macs and Chromebooks among Luna’s supported platforms, using the relevant app or browser. Compatibility can vary by device and region. Amazon recommends at least 10 Mbps and says streaming at 1080p can use up to 10 GB per hour. A fast connection is not the only factor: latency, Wi-Fi congestion, distance from infrastructure, device support and controller compatibility can affect play.

Regional availability or catalog changes can also affect whether a title appears; consult the live Luna library rather than assuming universal access.
- EA sign-in fails: Confirm the intended Amazon and EA accounts and complete the authorization flow in the same browser or device session. Do not assume a different account link will preserve access or progression.
- Streaming stutters or controls lag: As general troubleshooting, try a wired connection or strong 5 GHz/6 GHz Wi-Fi, pause competing downloads and streams, and test another supported device. These steps may help isolate a local network or device issue but cannot overcome every latency or regional limitation.
- You are outside the 14 countries: Prime downloadable PC-game benefits may still apply to you, but they are separate from Luna cloud streaming.
Is Luna worth trying for FC 26?
For a Prime member in one of the supported countries, Luna is worth considering if FC 26 appears in the local library and the available streaming quality suits your connection. You can try the Prime-included route without adding Luna Premium specifically for that announced game. Premium may suit players who want its wider rotating catalog, but check the current lineup and local price first.

The offer is a weaker fit if your main goal is to stream EA games you already own, or if you live outside Luna’s cloud markets. Amazon’s 2026 changes ended the old BYOL approach, and the Prime Video integration is limited to supported Fire TV users in the U.S. and U.K. Amazon’s broader statement that Luna will expand is not a country launch announcement.
In practical terms, Amazon is strengthening Luna’s subscription catalog with EA games while moving away from streaming games tied to purchases in outside stores. That is a change in the service model, not a promise of permanent access to every EA title or immediate availability in more countries.
