The PS5 Digital Edition NBA 2K25 bundle was reported at $374 on Amazon during Black Friday 2024, but that price is historical—not a confirmed current offer. Slickdeals’ November 22, 2024 listing showed $374.99 against a stated $499.99 list price and is marked expired. Current Amazon stock and pricing have not been verified.
Was the PS5 NBA 2K25 bundle still $374 on Amazon?
No current $374 offer is established. TechTimes reported the Amazon price as $374 on November 27, 2024; Slickdeals recorded $374.99 on November 22 and marked its deal listing expired. The figures document a past promotion, not a present-day price or a broader market average. TechTimes’ 2024 report and Slickdeals’ expired listing provide the historical context.

PlayStation’s separate Black Friday announcement for 2025 says offers varied by region and retailer, but it does not say this NBA 2K25 bundle returned. It also does not establish a 2026 offer. PlayStation’s 2025 announcement relates only to that year’s promotion.
What came in the 2024 bundle?
Sony described the package as a PS5 Digital Edition bundle with NBA 2K25 Standard Edition delivered as a voucher. The listed contents were:
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREEClear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsFree Scan →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →#1 Best Overall
- PlayStation 5 Digital Edition console
- One DualSense wireless controller
- Two horizontal stand feet
- HDMI cable, AC power cord and USB cable
- Printed materials and pre-installed Astro’s Playroom
- An NBA 2K25 Standard Edition voucher
Redeeming the game voucher required a PlayStation Network account and an internet connection. Sony said the bundle was available at select retailers in the US and Canada, subject to availability. PlayStation’s August 20, 2024 bundle announcement lists the contents and terms.
What Digital Edition means for game ownership
This is a disc-less console, so it does not play physical game discs. The included NBA 2K25 copy was a digital voucher rather than a disc. If you want to buy, borrow or play physical games, compare this bundle with a PS5 model that has a disc drive; the old deal price alone does not determine which model is a better fit.

NBA 2K25 online and offline play requirements
PlayStation’s US NBA 2K25 page says PS Plus is required for online play and identifies in-game purchases as optional. It lists support for up to 10 online players with PS Plus. Play Now, MyNBA and The W are listed as playable offline; other modes require an internet connection and may require online account registration. Requirements can differ by mode, so check the official NBA 2K25 product page for the mode you intend to play. The page’s displayed Standard Edition price may change and is not a current bundle valuation.
Quick Recap
What to check before buying now
- Confirm the retailer’s live price and stock; the 2024 $374.99 listing is expired.
- Check that the listing is for the Digital Edition if that is the model you want, and remember it cannot use physical discs.
- Verify whether NBA 2K25 is included and in what format; the announced bundle used a voucher and required PSN access and internet for redemption.
- Check your region and retailer: Sony’s original bundle announcement specified select US and Canadian retailers, while later PlayStation promotions varied by region and retailer.
