The Spaceport location is also described as the Control Communications Tower; use the in-game quest marker if the naming or placement differs in your current version. ExitLag’s walkthrough says objectives may be completed in any order and across separate raids; treat that as guide-reported behavior rather than an official guarantee.

Dam Battlegrounds: Control Tower
Head to the Control Tower and make your way to its upper level. A community walkthrough describes an upper-floor breach door and warns that turrets may be present on the approach. Check for immediate threats before committing to the climb; the reported turrets are a possible hazard, not a guaranteed spawn. UNDER DIVE’s guide is machine-translated and notes that translation may miss nuance.
Spaceport: Communications Tower
Climb the tower to its upper section and interact with the scanner marker. One guide places it on the eastern side of the map, while another calls it the Control Communications Tower. Let the quest marker take precedence if map names or placement have changed.

Buried City: Galleria Sign
Go to the Galleria roof with a Zipline in your loadout. Use it to reach the raised sign, then interact with the installation point. Multiple walkthroughs identify the Zipline as necessary for this placement.
What to bring
- Zipline: Required to reach the Galleria Sign scanner point in Buried City.
- Readiness for possible turret fire: Relevant to the Control Tower approach on Dam Battlegrounds, although turrets are not confirmed to spawn every time.
The scanner placements are objectives, not three items that must be installed in one raid. The cited ExitLag guide reports that you can split them across raids, which may let you prioritize safer opportunities or return to the map where you still have an objective.

Keep this quest separate from the High-Gain Antenna project
Eye in the Sky’s three LiDAR placements are distinct from the High-Gain Antenna Player Project. In its Flashpoint update, Embark described Celeste and Shani as needing “an eye in the sky”; the official patch notes also identify the High-Gain Antenna as a separate project. Do not use that project’s materials or status as a guide to the three scanner locations.

One secondary walkthrough reports 3 Tagging Grenades, 1 Vita Spray, 5 Yellow Light Sticks, and 1 Zipline as rewards. The official sources cited here do not confirm that list, so check the in-game quest reward screen for the current rewards.
