The best Buried City loot spot depends on what you need and how much danger you can handle. For medical loot and blueprints, target Hospital; for tech, try Space Travel; for a more manageable solo run, consider Grandioso Apartments. This is a practical ranking by loot purpose, exposure, and route fit—not a measured loot-value leaderboard. Check the live map and the current raid’s extraction state before committing: loot markers do not guarantee a valuable find, and exits can be contested or unavailable.
How this Buried City ranking works
The locations below are ranked as route choices, not by verified loot yield. The order weighs the item goals identified in a July 19, 2026 Playnews guide, the danger it describes, and whether a spot fits a quick stop, solo run, or planned team route. The guide says it follows April 2026 patch 1.26.0; confirm location names and conditions against your current in-game map and patch.
Community maps are useful for finding containers, resources, and exits, but their markers are not drop rates. RaidersData’s dynamic Buried City map listed 1,449 tracked points when accessed October 4, 2026: 649 container-related points, 50 quest-linked points, 294 important location and extraction markers, 264 event markers, and 192 resource nodes. The Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki map showed 2,007 markers overall and 1,449 in its active filter view; listed categories included 649 container markers, 177 ARC enemy markers, 192 plant and resource markers, and 264 event markers. Top 10 Buried City loot spots
1. Hospital — medical loot and blueprints
Hospital is the premium pick when you are deliberately hunting medical items or blueprints. The Playnews guide describes it as high difficulty and warns of PvP pressure near North station. That makes it a poor casual detour when your bag is already full: decide how you will leave before entering, and be ready to abandon the loot if another squad controls the approach.

2. Space Travel — tech-focused looting
Choose Space Travel for a targeted tech run. The guide describes a multistory complex with dense tech loot, but says the entrance is often camped. Its vertical layout may offer several places to search, but it also gives other Raiders a clear reason to watch the entry. Scout the approach and avoid treating a busy entrance as a mandatory fight.
3. Grandioso Apartments — a strong solo risk/reward choice
Grandioso Apartments earns its high placement because the 2026 guide specifically favors its solo risk/reward profile. It identifies resellable items, Pops, and Fireballs as reasons to search here. Include the apartments in a solo route only with an exit plan; a desirable residential stop can still draw competition.
4. Marano Park — plants, with serious ARC exposure
Marano Park is the dedicated choice for Apricot and Great Mullein. The guide rates the area high difficulty and names Rocketeers and Bombardiers as hazards. Go when the plants are the purpose of the run, not as an unplanned stroll through a dangerous area; account for ARC threats as well as other Raiders.
5. Town Hall — security chests if you have the keycard
Town Hall is a conditional detour for security chests, not a default route stop. The guide describes it as a mid-tier destination that requires a keycard. If you do not have the required access, spend the time elsewhere; if you do, weigh the detour against your extraction route.
6. Piazza Arbusto — pharmacy loot and attachments
Piazza Arbusto is a lower-pressure option for pharmacy loot and weapon attachments. Playnews groups it with Plaza Rosa as a low-to-mid difficulty stop. It suits a route where practical supplies matter more than contesting a premium target, though no source establishes a guaranteed yield.
7. Plaza Rosa — a quick pharmacy stop
Plaza Rosa serves a similar purpose to Piazza Arbusto: pharmacy items and weapon attachments, with a low-to-mid difficulty profile in the guide. Treat it as a short search on the way through rather than expecting a fixed cache or a particular item to spawn.

8. Library — a landmark on Raider Bag routes
The Library appears in LukeCanWin’s December 10, 2025 Raider Bag route. It is useful as a navigation target when chaining nearby route landmarks, but the video explicitly says Raider Bag spawns are not guaranteed. 9. Santa Maria Houses — chain residential stops
Santa Maria Houses also feature multiple stops on that Raider Bag route, making the area a possible chain of residential searches. The route is a way to cover landmarks, not evidence of a fixed-yield farm. Search only while the route and nearby threats make the extra stops worthwhile.

10. Piazza Roma, Market Ruins, or Red Tower — choose a route landmark
The 2025 bag guide names Piazza Roma, Market Ruins, and Red Tower as route landmarks, but does not establish that one outperforms the others. Use the one that best fits your position and planned exit; this slot is a route preference, not a claim that these places rank equally or produce a particular item.

Plan the exit before you start looting
Playnews suggests different route shapes by squad size: a solo route along the outskirts toward Piazza Arbusto and Eastern Station; a duo route that includes Grandioso and Plaza Rosa; and a trio route pairing Hospital with Space Travel and coordinated extraction. These are dated guide recommendations, not guarantees that a route is clear or that an exit will be usable in your raid.
The guide describes four Metro Stations, with only one usable per raid, and four Raider Hatches that require a key. Community maps also mark four of each, but map counts do not show which exit is available in a particular match. Check the in-game map and raid state before relying on a Metro Station or Hatch. If the intended exit is unavailable or watched, reassess rather than crossing the city simply because a guide route says to use it. The ARC Raiders Hub Buried City map is an unofficial community map.
What the maps can—and cannot—tell you
Interactive maps help turn a vague search into a route: they can surface container, resource, event, and extraction markers. For example, the Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki map lists 107 Raider Caches, 70 Hurricane Caches, 38 Weapon Cases, and 19 Med Crates among its marker categories. Those are map-marker counts, not quantities in a raid, guaranteed spawns, or probabilities of finding a particular item. Use markers to orient yourself, then adapt to what you encounter.
No official loot-probability table or comparable measured ranking for these ten spots is established by the cited guides and maps. The ranking is therefore most useful as a way to match a destination to your goal and risk tolerance—not as a promise about how much value you will extract.
