Tears of the Kingdom also has South Lomei Labyrinth, but the available location information does not establish a complete enemy list for its surface maze.
What about South Lomei Labyrinth in Breath of the Wild?
A Guardian Stalker wanders south of the labyrinth, and a Decayed Guardian is nearby. These enemies are described as being in the surrounding area, not within the maze itself. The South Lomei Labyrinth location entry lists the surrounding Guardians separately from the maze’s enemies and hazards.
What about Tears of the Kingdom?
South Lomei Labyrinth returns in Tears of the Kingdom. Its chasm connects to South Lomei Depths Labyrinth, and the surface location is described as mostly similar to its Breath of the Wild counterpart. However, the location entry’s Tears of the Kingdom section is marked incomplete, so it does not confirm a full enemy-by-enemy inventory for the surface maze. The location entry therefore isn’t enough to say definitively whether Guardians appear inside the Tears of the Kingdom maze.
Don’t confuse it with Lomei Labyrinth Island
A chamber beneath Lomei Labyrinth Island in the Akkala region is a separate location. It is reported to contain four Decayed Guardians and two Guardian Stalkers; those enemies are not evidence of what is inside South Lomei Labyrinth. See the Lomei Labyrinth Island location entry for that separate site.
