Arslan Ash won the TEKKEN 8 tournament at Evo 2025, defeating Atif in the grand final on August 3. Evo’s August 5 recap counted the victory as Ash’s sixth Evo championship overall and his second in TEKKEN 8.

How the win fits his Evo record
Evo’s August 1, 2025 viewer guide provides the previous-title context. It identifies Ash’s four earlier Evo championships as TEKKEN 7 wins: Evo Vegas 2019 and 2023, and Evo Japan 2020 and 2023. His fifth title came in TEKKEN 8 at Evo 2024. The 2025 TEKKEN 8 win was therefore his sixth overall and second in that game, according to Evo’s Day 3 recap and 2025 viewer guide.
