PlayStation’s June 6, 2024 edition announcement uses the names “Astro’s Yharnam Tourist outfit” and “Astro’s Golden outfit” for the Deluxe cosmetics. The current US PlayStation Store listing calls them Yharnam Hunter and Golden Outfit.

How to choose between Standard and Deluxe
Choose physical Standard if you want a disc
The physical edition is the option to consider if you want a PS5 disc and the poster described in the launch announcement. Treat the launch preorder bonuses separately: confirm with the specific retailer whether a current copy includes any code before buying.
Choose Digital Standard for the base game
Digital Standard is the straightforward choice if you want the game digitally without paying for Deluxe extras. The US Store displayed $59.99 for Standard when accessed in 2026; prices and availability can vary by region and change over time.

Choose Digital Deluxe for its extras
Deluxe is for players who value the digital soundtrack, art gallery, 10 avatars, and earlier access to cosmetic options. The outfits and paint colors are customization extras, not a requirement for playing the game; unlocking them still involves progression. The US Store displayed $69.99 for Deluxe when accessed in 2026, a $10 difference from its displayed Standard price at that time.

The themed Joyful Limited Edition DualSense controller is listed separately on PlayStation’s Astro Bot page; it is not an inclusion in the game editions above. Seagate also documents a separate Astro Bot Limited Edition Game Drive. It offers 5 TB of storage for PS5, PS4, or PC libraries. Seagate says PS5 games can be stored on the drive and transferred to the console to play, while PS4 games can be played directly from it.
