How to use each dinosaur
T-Rex: spread a mutation across fruits
Apex Predator occasionally consumes a random mutation from one fruit and applies it to other fruits. It suits a garden where you want a mutation to reach several targets rather than be concentrated on one. The T-Rex page also warns that the ability may consume a mutation without a useful target if all fruits already have that mutation. Grow a Garden Wiki: T-Rex
Spinosaurus: direct mutations toward one fruit
Food Chain consumes mutations from multiple fruits and applies them to one other fruit. If you have a particular recipient in mind, favorite it: the Spinosaurus description says the ability prioritizes a favorited fruit. Grow a Garden Wiki: Spinosaurus
