The strongest current shortlist for summer-themed Fortnite skins is Epic’s July 2026 Gotham City lineup: Coastal Catwoman, High Tide Harley, Chlorophyll Ivy and Beach Bod Batman. Each brings a distinct DC character and beach-inspired look, and Epic says each outfit has a LEGO version, pickaxe and back bling. Which one is “best” comes down to the character and cosmetics you want—not gameplay advantages.
Which Fortnite summer skins are worth considering?
Epic announced the four outfits for the Item Shop on July 16, 2026, describing them as inspired by DC Comics’ annual swimsuit covers. The announcement called them “four Gotham City icons” in summer looks. These are a focused set of DC-themed choices rather than a claim about every summer skin Fortnite has released.
Coastal Catwoman
Pick Coastal Catwoman if Catwoman is your favorite of the four characters. The outfit gives her the lineup’s own summer interpretation; Epic also says it has a LEGO version, pickaxe and back bling.
High Tide Harley
High Tide Harley is the Harley Quinn choice, with a summer-themed look and the same announced accessory categories: a LEGO version, pickaxe and back bling.

Chlorophyll Ivy
Chlorophyll Ivy makes Poison Ivy the character pick. Its name leans into her plant identity while placing her in the summer collection. Epic lists a LEGO version, pickaxe and back bling for the outfit.
Beach Bod Batman
Beach Bod Batman is the Batman option in the set. Choose it for the character and its beach-oriented presentation; the announced outfit extras are a LEGO version, pickaxe and back bling.
Epic’s announcement establishes the broad accessory categories, while the Item Shop listing is the place to inspect the exact cosmetic names and contents currently offered. The official announcement is at Epic’s DC Sirens announcement.
Which summer skin should you buy?
Choose by character first, then check the complete cosmetic contents and today’s price in the shop. The available evidence does not show that any of these outfits changes gameplay performance, so there is no competitive advantage to weigh against the look.

- Interested in several outfits or accessories? Compare the Gotham City Summer Bundle’s current contents and price with the individual listings. A bundle is not automatically the better deal; it depends on what is included and what you actually want.
- Still deciding between looks? Preview the outfits and accessories in Fortnite before spending V-Bucks. The character you enjoy using is a more useful tie-breaker than a supposed gameplay benefit.
How much do the outfits and bundle cost?
An Epic Games Item Shop snapshot listed each of the four outfits at 1,500 V-Bucks and the Gotham City Summer Bundle at 3,000 V-Bucks, discounted from 6,900 V-Bucks in that snapshot. These are dated listing prices, not a promise of current pricing or availability. Check the live listing before buying; Epic’s Item Shop page is the source for the retrieved snapshot.
Use the current shop to compare bundle contents against separate prices. The snapshot’s discount does not establish that the bundle is available now, that the same discount remains, or that buying it saves money for your particular choice.
Are the skins still in the Fortnite Item Shop?
The July 16, 2026 announcement said the outfits would arrive in the Shop at 8 PM ET that day. That release date does not establish whether they are still available. Check Fortnite’s live in-game Item Shop or the browser-accessible shop before planning a purchase. Epic Support explains that it cannot grant items or offers that are not currently in the Item Shop, and provides guidance on viewing the shop in a browser: when items return to the Fortnite shop and purchasing in-game items through a web browser.
