Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteStart in YouTube Studio’s Audio Library, where you can search, preview and download music, then check the license label on the exact track before using it. Search terms such as “Hindi,” “Indian,” “meditation,” “raga,” “sitar” and “tanpura” are useful prompts—not confirmation that matching tracks are currently available. No specific Hindi meditation track is verified here, so check the live catalogue yourself before choosing one.
Where to find free Hindi meditation music for YouTube Live
Use the Audio Library in YouTube Studio rather than relying on a third-party upload labeled “no copyright.” YouTube says only music and sound effects from its Audio Library are known to it as copyright-safe, and says Audio Library downloads will not be claimed through Content ID by a rights holder. That assurance does not extend to other music libraries or royalty-free tracks from elsewhere. YouTube’s Audio Library guidance explains how to find and use its tracks.
Search and narrow the catalogue
- Open YouTube Studio and select Audio Library.
- Search one term at a time: “Hindi,” “Indian,” “meditation,” “raga,” “sitar” or “tanpura.” These are discovery suggestions, not verified catalogue entries.
- Use the available filters for mood, genre, artist, attribution and duration to narrow the results.
- Preview tracks that suit the tone and pacing of your relaxation channel, then download the chosen audio as an MP3.
Catalogue results can change. A search result’s title or sound alone does not establish its cultural fit, license or permission for every use.
Check the track’s license before you stream
Inspect the individual license or attribution label for each track in Studio. Some Audio Library tracks can be filtered as attribution not required. If a track has a Creative Commons license, YouTube requires credit to the artist in the video description; the library can generate the attribution text. Copy it accurately into the description for the relevant stream or video.

Keep a record of the track you selected
- Track title and artist as displayed in Studio
- The license or attribution label shown for that track
- The date you checked the entry
- The supplied attribution text, if the track requires credit
Check the precise license terms for your planned live broadcast and any archived replay. The general Audio Library guidance covers finding, downloading and attributing tracks, but does not explain every individual track’s live and replay permissions. Do not assume that a credit line, “royalty-free” label or a third-party “no copyright” claim proves you have the necessary rights.
Why Creator Music is not the live-stream alternative
YouTube’s Creator Music FAQ says its licenses do not support live content, so it is not a practical source for licensing music for a live relaxation stream. The FAQ also describes Creator Music availability as limited to U.S. YouTube Partner Program creators, with expansion to creators in other countries pending. Eligibility and availability can change; see the Creator Music FAQ for its current terms.

Choosing a track that works for a relaxation stream
Once you have candidates in the Audio Library, compare their actual sound and the details shown in Studio rather than relying on a search phrase. Listen for whether the instrumentation and mood suit the Hindi or Indian meditation atmosphere you want, check attribution requirements, and consider duration and how naturally the recording can be looped in your production. Confirm the current entry and license immediately before use; no named Hindi meditation track or individual license is confirmed here.
