Who is Vino, and what is her role?
Vino is the codename of Chizuko Nagao. The official Persona5: The Phantom X news page lists Chizuko as a 4★ Phantom Thief; Prydwen identifies her as a 4★ Nuclear Saboteur who uses the Persona Ampelos. In combat, Prydwen describes her as a single-target debuffer rather than a primary damage dealer.

Her kit supports a team that can capitalize on ailments. Prydwen says Marker Bomb reduces the target’s DEF based on Vino’s Ailment Accuracy. Its kit guide also describes her Awareness 0 effect as applying Radiation when she inflicts an elemental ailment. Radiation counts as an elemental ailment and increases the damage the enemy takes. The guide notes that Shock is useful because it increases the chance of critical hits taken. These mechanics are described in Prydwen’s guide, whose skill information is translated from Chinese and should be checked against current in-game text.
Best Vino build: cards, stats, and skill priority
Prydwen’s recommended card setup is Departure and Control. It lists Harmony and Truth as alternatives. The guide prioritizes Ailment Accuracy, particularly as the Star card’s main stat and among substats. It also allows offensive main stats on Moon and Sky as alternatives. Treat these as community-guide recommendations, not official build requirements.

The listed skill priority is Skill 1, then Skill 3, then Thief Tactics, then Skill 2. For the basic rotation, use Skill 1 followed by Skill 3. Prydwen presents skill details at Level 10 and says its character skill information was translated from Chinese while awaiting official translations, so use the live game’s wording and values if they differ.
What weapon should you use on Vino?
Gravitational Force is Chizuko Nagao’s exclusive 4★ weapon, named in an official May 2026 Most Wanted announcement. Prydwen describes it as increasing Attack and reducing enemy DEF when foes have elemental ailments, with an additional DEF reduction tied to Radiation. The announcement’s banner period ended on May 28, 2026 UTC; that historical event does not establish that the weapon is currently obtainable.
Prydwen also lists the 5★ Jolting Pulse as an option. Its described effects increase Ailment Accuracy and reduce a target’s DEF after Vino inflicts an ailment. Choose among weapons available on your account rather than treating either option as mandatory.

Official support documentation records a past Weapon Case description error: Chizuko Nagao was omitted from the selectable-weapon list even though her exclusive weapon could be selected. The issue was fixed on September 4, 2025 UTC. That correction documents a historical route and does not confirm present inventory or availability.
What team should you use with Vino?
Prydwen lists two example teams. They are guide recommendations, not universal rankings; choose based on your damage dealer, encounter, and roster.
