Use Karat primarily for Servant summons. Treat Rubies as a separate, purchased currency: compare the actual Perks offers in your game before spending them, since buying a Ruby pack alone does not earn VIP EXP or event participation credit. Current banner costs, guarantees, and the best offer for a particular account are not established by the available public sources, so check the live client before committing.
First, tell Karat and Ruby apart
The available sources describe two distinct currencies, not interchangeable names for one balance. A third-party BlueStacks beginner guide identifies Karat as the premium currency used primarily for Servant summons. Com2uS Holdings’ official Special Shop information describes purchased Rubies as currency for in-game Perks offers. Check the currency named on the confirmation screen before buying or spending.
How to spend Karat
Prioritize Servant summons
The supported general recommendation for Karat is to save it for Servant summons, rather than assume that advice for the similarly named original Heir of Light also applies to Heir of Light: Eclipse. BlueStacks reports summon rates of 5.2% Epic, 45.6% Rare, and 49.2% Normal Servants. These are guide-reported figures, with no publication date established on the page; they are not independently verified current rates and do not establish a featured-Servant chance, summon cost, or pity system. Check the active banner’s displayed rates and rules in-game.
Do not count on a newcomer reward without checking
The same guide describes a new-player reward of 4,500 Karat, framed as ten free summons. That is a guide statement, not confirmation that the reward is still available to new accounts. Verify the current onboarding rewards in your own account before planning a summon budget around it.
How to spend purchased Rubies
Compare the live Perks offers against your needs
Com2uS Holdings says purchased Rubies can be used to buy in-game offers in Perks. Choose by the contents and purpose of the specific offer shown to you, not by a blanket rule that a larger Ruby pack is better. Compare the cost, included resources, purchase limit, expiry, and whether the offer addresses your account’s current bottleneck. The official store’s catalog and region-specific prices can change, so the live client is the relevant source for what is available to you.
Separate buying Rubies from spending them
According to Com2uS Holdings’ Ruby Guide, buying a Ruby pack in the Special Shop does not grant VIP EXP. VIP EXP comes from purchasing offers in-game with Rubies. The publisher also says event participation is counted when Rubies are actually used in the game. If VIP progress or event credit matters to you, check the event and offer terms and confirm the spend qualifies before purchasing a pack.

What to verify before committing currency
- Balance used: Confirm whether the offer consumes Karat or Ruby.
- Current summon terms: Read the banner’s cost, displayed rates, guarantee or pity threshold, and expiry; current values are not established by the cited public pages.
- Offer terms: Check Perks contents, purchase caps, availability, and expiry in your region.
- Event eligibility: Confirm the event counts that specific in-game Ruby purchase or spend, rather than assuming a Ruby pack purchase qualifies.
- Account priority: Spend only when the reward serves a present goal; an offer’s headline value is not a substitute for checking what your account needs.

Heir of Light: Eclipse is listed by Com2uS Holdings on Google Play as a free-to-play idle RPG, with an app update dated 14 May 2026. The public store pages do not establish the October 2026 banner prices, guarantees, or best Perks offer for every account. Because in-game offers and event terms can change, use the current client’s details for those decisions.
