First decide what “daily video uploads” means

Choose Castr when you need a programmed channel
Castr’s cloud TV playout is the closest documented match for a lineup that combines uploaded content and live streams. Its product page describes schedule and loop modes, timed breaks, live-stream insertion and YouTube delivery. Castr says loop mode is included on Premium and higher plans. The same page lists 1080p at up to 60 fps on Ultra and Events, and 720p at 30 fps on other plans; treat those as changeable vendor plan specifications and verify them on the current plan page before buying.

Choose OneStream Live for advance scheduling or YouTube looping
OneStream Live’s help material says prerecorded streams can be scheduled up to 60 days ahead and describes continuous 24/7 looping for YouTube. That makes it a relevant candidate for either a calendar of scheduled broadcasts or a recurring loop, subject to the provider’s current plan limits. Check the live plan details for the applicable scheduling horizon, storage, destinations and restrictions before building your workflow around them.
Choose StreamYard for a scheduled individual broadcast
StreamYard’s scheduling instructions cover selecting a prerecorded video as the source, choosing YouTube as a destination and setting a future time. Choose OBS when you want local encoder control
OBS sends an encoder output to YouTube, where you create or manage the stream in Live Control Room. Unlike cloud playout, this approach depends on the local machine, network and someone able to operate the stream. YouTube’s current encoder guidance is the better starting point for setup; the cited OBS guide is useful only as broad context because its interface steps may be dated.

- Continuous channel or separate broadcasts: Confirm whether it can maintain a repeating lineup, or only schedule one stream at a time.
- Looping and live inserts: If your lineup needs both, verify that each is supported on the plan you intend to use.
- Scheduling horizon: Find out how far ahead you can set a stream and whether changes to the schedule take effect as needed.
- Cloud or local operation: Establish whether playback continues without your computer and home connection, or depends on an operator-managed encoder.
- Destination support: Confirm YouTube is supported for the specific workflow, not just listed among general destinations.
- Media limits: Compare storage, upload size, number of playlist files, and any duration caps against your library.
- Output specifications: Check resolution and frame rate by plan, especially if your source videos exceed the listed output capability.
- Plan tier: Features such as looping may be restricted to higher tiers. Verify current terms rather than relying on an old feature table.
Copyright and channel-policy checks
Using a prerecorded video as a livestream does not remove the need to have rights to its content. Before scheduling a video, confirm that you have permission for the footage, music, artwork and any other material in it. Also consider whether the stream meaningfully serves your channel and viewers: repeating material solely to fill airtime is not a substitute for meeting YouTube’s rules and monetization policies. Review YouTube’s current policies and any notices in Live Control Room before relying on a stream for monetization or uninterrupted availability.
