The author explains the headgear setting with the note: “Wukong head is invisible, so please use only these body parts!” Follow that listing’s own download and installation directions; do not assume the Jump Force instructions apply to it.

Jump Force Goku
The Jump Force listing describes the mod as replacing three outfit sets: Dashengtao, HuPi, and XingZhe. It warns that other outfits or body parts will not work properly.

- Unpack the mod into the game directory as directed by that listing, then run the game.

Why Goku fits the Monkey King world
The crossover has a recognizable mythological connection. MeriStation’s 27 August 2024 coverage notes that Dragon Ball drew inspiration from Journey to the West, and that Akira Toriyama based Goku on Sun Wukong. Black Myth: Wukong also draws on the Monkey King legend, making Goku a natural subject for a fan model swap. That shared inspiration does not make the mod an official collaboration.
The replacement is a visual mod, not a new story or a separate Goku campaign. PC Gamer’s 30 September 2026 retrospective described the Jump Force model over Wukong’s animation rig as visibly awkwardly deformed; that is a reviewer’s impression, not a compatibility test or a finding that applies automatically to the separate Son Goku listing.

Does the mod work on PS5 or Xbox?
The cited Jump Force Goku instructions target Steam on PC. MeriStation lists Black Myth: Wukong for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, but those game platforms do not establish that either mod can be installed on consoles. The available mod instructions do not support claiming PS5 or Xbox compatibility.
