Lay Waste has six individual challenges plus a Master card; two of its objectives were changed in Season 02, so older guides that require rapid triple-kill medals are out of date. The Zombies card names are known, but their exact requirements should be checked in the current in-game menu.
Where to find Prestige 8 challenges
Open Barracks > Challenges > Calling Card Challenge Menu to view Calling Card challenges. Prestige challenge sets unlock as you enter a new Prestige, and completing every individual card in a set awards its Animated Mastery Calling Card. Call of Duty’s progression overview describes the menu and set completion.

Prestige starts after Level 55. Entering it resets your level to 1 and relocks most level unlocks, but Challenge Progress & Unlocks are retained; you also receive a permanent unlock. Your challenge progress therefore survives the level reset. See Call of Duty’s Black Ops 6 progression guide for the progression rules.
Prestige 8 Multiplayer: Lay Waste
The community-maintained challenge list names six Lay Waste challenges and the Lay Waste Master completion card. The objectives below reflect that list, updated for the two changes documented in the official Season 02 notes. Check the in-game card for the live wording and thresholds if they differ.

The official Season 02 patch notes say Ripped Up changed from Guns Blazing Medals to individual Chopper Gunner kills, and Devastating Force changed from Death From Above Medals to individual Dreadnought kills. Those changes are why older descriptions conflict with the current objectives. The other objective names and original descriptions come from the community-maintained Black Ops 6 Challenges list.
Plan around what each objective asks for
- Controllable Scorestreak and objective pressure: Clear requires both a friendly objective being contested and a player-controlled Scorestreak elimination. Wait for that specific situation rather than using the streak at random.
- Explosive vehicle multi-kills: Stunt Driver depends on getting two enemies with one RC-XD. A cluster gives you a better opportunity than a solitary target.
- Air-to-ground eliminations: Incoming asks for three Hellstorm kills in one use. Objective clusters and predictable routes can create opportunities for a multi-kill.
- Objective-context launcher kills: Special Delivery only counts enemies in the listed assault, defend, arm, or defuse context. Choose a mode and moment where that context is visible.
- Individual Scorestreak kills: For Ripped Up and Devastating Force, the official update removed the old medal threshold. A single qualifying elimination contributes progress.
Call of Duty says performance, objectives, medals, and challenges award XP, and recommends Calling Card challenges and Mastery Badges as ways to accelerate progression. That is general progression guidance, not a guaranteed completion time for Lay Waste.

Prestige 8 Zombies: Sweet Tooth
The listed Sweet Tooth cards are Extinction Event, Easy Lobotomy, Phalanx, Full Power, Close Call, Value Town, and Sweet Tooth Master. The available challenge reference names these cards but does not establish their requirements. Open the in-game Calling Card Challenge Menu and read each current card description before planning a run; do not rely on guessed objectives or assume a card is bug-free.
