Terminus has seven documented free power-up rewards: Nuke, Max Ammo, Bonus Points, Insta-Kill, Full Power, Double Points, and a Random Perk. Four are on the main island; the other three require a Tactical Raft trip to Crab Island, Shipwreck, or Temple Island. Find each target and trigger below.
These are hidden side Easter eggs, not ordinary drops for killing zombies. The reward names, locations, and triggers below are documented by Game8’s Terminus Free Powerup Locations guide, last updated November 4, 2024. Game8’s separate Finders Keepers Calling Card guide lists the same seven rewards. Activision’s official Terminus map guide confirms the map’s named areas and boat-accessible islands, but does not document these Easter egg triggers.

How to get each reward
Nuke: Crab Island
Take a Tactical Raft to Crab Island, south of the main Terminus landmass. Look for zombie spawn holes and shoot the hidden Nuke target inside one. The reward appears after you hit it.
Max Ammo: Security Overlook
At Security Overlook, cook a grenade and throw it so it strikes the watchtower before it detonates. The timing matters: an early explosion will not make contact with the tower.

Use a boat to reach Shipwreck. At the ship’s control room, shoot the right-hand corner to reveal the Bonus Points reward.
Insta-Kill: Temple Island
Travel by raft to Temple Island, northwest of Terminus. Find the skull sitting on a ledge and shoot it to spawn Insta-Kill.

Full Power: beneath Sea Tower
From the Sea Tower area, aim beneath the tower and shoot the target there. Full Power appears on the ground below.
Double Points: Bio Lab
Go to the room on Bio Lab’s north side. Shoot the boxes on the table to clear them away, then shoot the gold “x2” symbol they reveal. Shooting the symbol is a separate step; the boxes conceal it.

Random Perk: Bio Lab cages
Clear all three zombie waves in the cages at Bio Lab. The Random Perk spawns on the ground once the waves are complete. Vermins and Manglers can attack from inside the cages, so watch for them while fighting.

Terminus includes a prison complex, surrounding ocean, and smaller islands that players can explore by Tactical Raft, as Activision explains in its Terminus map overview. For these rewards, plan a boat trip for Crab Island’s Nuke, Shipwreck’s Bonus Points, and Temple Island’s Insta-Kill. Security Overlook, Sea Tower, and Bio Lab are the four main-island destinations.

Is there a free Fire Sale on Terminus?
Fire Sale is sometimes advertised as part of a Terminus free-power-up Easter egg, but the available video-description text does not identify a target or location. The two detailed Game8 lists enumerate the seven rewards in this guide and do not include Fire Sale. Treat a free Fire Sale location as unconfirmed rather than relying on an unspecified trigger.
What counts as a free power-up?
Activision’s Zombies launch overview says power-ups can appear as rewards for clearing enemy incursions. The Terminus rewards here are different: they are hidden targets or challenges you activate yourself. The Game8 guides are the evidence for these specific triggers; Activision’s map material provides orientation, not confirmation of the side Easter eggs.
