Bloody Finger Okina appears in Elden Ring in two different roles: as a cooperator in Starscourge Radahn’s Caelid arena and as an invader outside the Church of Repose in the Mountaintops of the Giants. The Church of Repose invasion is the encounter associated with his Rivers of Blood katana and Okina Mask.
Where to find Bloody Finger Okina
| Appearance | Location | Role | Associated items |
|---|---|---|---|
| Caelid | Starscourge Radahn’s arena | Cooperator; his summon sign is listed in the arena | A Furlcalling Finger Remedy is listed among his drops; Rivers of Blood and Okina Mask are not assigned to this appearance in the character reference. Eldenpedia character reference |
| Mountaintops of the Giants | Entrance to the Church of Repose | Invader | Rivers of Blood and Okina Mask. Eldenpedia character reference |
The Caelid appearance is a summon-sign encounter, not the Church of Repose invasion. Do not confuse the two when looking for Okina’s weapon.
What does Bloody Finger Okina drop?
Defeating Okina during his invasion at the entrance to the Church of Repose is associated with Rivers of Blood and the Okina Mask. Eldenpedia’s character reference also lists a Furlcalling Finger Remedy among Okina’s drops, but does not assign it to both appearances. The weapon reference independently identifies the Church of Repose invasion as the Rivers of Blood drop encounter. Character reference; weapon reference.
Rivers of Blood
Rivers of Blood is a katana whose skill, Corpse Piler, performs a flurry of slashes with blood spray, according to the weapon reference. Its damage and other gameplay values can be patch-sensitive, so check the current in-game description for up-to-date build details rather than relying on a static reference.

The Rivers of Blood item description, as reproduced by that reference, connects Okina’s sword and madness to Mohg’s offer of an unending demonic life. This is item-description lore, not a separate statement attributed to Mohg in an in-game scene. Eldenpedia’s Rivers of Blood reference.
