Its boss is Axemaul, and guides list three possible Legendary drops: Bod, Kill Spring, and Buzz Axe. The entrance is southwest of The Lockaway safehouse, but reaching it from the map marker can be tricky.

Look in Carcadia District, Dominion, southwest of The Lockaway safehouse. PowerPyx places the mine entrance southeast of the activity icon and notes that the game does not provide a navigation trail directly to it: PowerPyx’s location guide.

Route from Final Defiance
Final Defiance is a useful landmark for approaching the mine. Vault.gg’s route starts there: slide down the slope, turn left past the jagged purple crystals, then enter the doorway on the left. Inside, clear the first cave, drop into the cavern with a Ripper Drill, and fight through the enemies. Use the purple portal, then jump across two gaps to reach the vending-machine room before Axemaul. Neoseeker also uses Final Defiance and the purple crystals as route markers. Map orientation or progression may affect how closely these directions match your approach.
Guides report that access requires completing The Falling Wall. Vault.gg also lists Shadow of the Mountain as a prerequisite, and the available guide information does not establish whether both missions are required or describe different points in progression. How to beat Axemaul
Axemaul is a Mangler at the end of the mine. Game8 describes a two-stage health display: an armor bar followed by a flesh bar. Its published advice is to use corrosive weapons against the armor, then switch to incendiary weapons for the flesh.
- When Axemaul throws its axe, dash sideways to get out of its path.
- Keep moving to make its charge attacks harder to land.

What loot does Axemaul drop?
Game8, Vault.gg, and Neoseeker list the same three Legendary items as Axemaul drops. They are possible rewards, not guaranteed drops; the guides do not provide drop rates.
