Yes. To hide every detected activity, open User Settings > Activity Sharing and turn off Share my activity. To hide only one title, use User Settings > Games & Apps > Registered Games and disable that game’s detection. You can also block activity in a specific server, although friends and members of other servers may still see it.
Choose the control that matches what you want to hide

Hide every game and activity from Discord
- Open Discord and select the User Settings gear.
- Open Activity Sharing.
- Turn off Share my activity.
This is Discord’s broadest switch. Detectable activity can include computer games, Xbox and PlayStation games, Spotify, Crunchyroll and Discord Activities. Discord also provides sharing defaults such as Friends & All Servers, Friends & Small Servers Only and Friends Only, along with per-server controls. Account rollouts may show the older label Activity Privacy; use the setting containing Share my activity.
Hide only one game while sharing others
- Open User Settings.
- Go to Games & Apps > Registered Games.
- Find the title you do not want displayed.
- Turn off that game’s detection or display toggle.
This is the right choice when you want Discord to continue showing other detected games. It affects that registered computer game only; it does not automatically suppress activity reported by a linked console or service.
Hide activity in one server
- Open the server’s dropdown menu.
- Select Privacy Settings.
- Turn off Activity Status.
Discord warns that disabling a server is not a complete person-by-person block. Members of that server can still see your activity if they are also your friends or if they share another server with you where activity remains enabled.

Stop Xbox, PlayStation, Spotify or Crunchyroll activity
- Open User Settings > Connected Apps.
- Select the connected account that is reporting activity.
- Disable its activity, status-display or equivalent sharing toggle.
Turning off a computer game’s detection does not necessarily stop a connected account from publishing what you are playing or listening to. The global activity-sharing setting must also permit sharing before connected activity can appear.
Remove a game that is already on your profile
- Open your Discord profile and select Activity.
- Use the ellipsis menu beside the activity.
- Choose Clear Game History.
Discord Support says a game activity can remain on a profile for one month and that up to four games can be displayed. Clearing history removes activity that has already been recorded; it does not replace the sharing or detection switches above, so turn those off as well if you do not want the game to return.

Why Discord may still show your game
The wrong activity source is still enabled
You may have disabled a registered desktop game while the same activity is arriving through Xbox, PlayStation or another connected app. Check Connected Apps and the global Share my activity switch.
A friend or another shared server is an exception
A server-level block does not override visibility granted through friendship or another server where activity sharing is enabled.

Old profile history remains
Disabling sharing stops ongoing disclosure but does not automatically erase recorded activity. Use Activity > ellipsis > Clear Game History.
You are seeing a Discord experiment or notification
Discord’s Recent Activity Members List feature is a desktop-only beta available to a small percentage of users in English-prominent regions; Discord may change or discontinue it. Discord also describes game-activity notifications as a separate desktop experiment. Notification settings do not substitute for turning off activity sharing.

Fastest privacy checklist
- Turn off User Settings > Activity Sharing > Share my activity to hide all detected activity.
- Disable the title under Games & Apps > Registered Games if only one computer game should be hidden.
- Check each relevant service under Connected Apps.
- Disable Activity Status in individual servers when you need server-specific control.
- Use Clear Game History to remove activity already stored on your profile.
