That does not guarantee Roblox will replace a card that is lost, damaged, stolen, or used without authorization. If your card was issued outside the U.S., check the terms for that market.
What Roblox’s terms say about expiration
Section 6 of Roblox’s U.S. gift card Terms and Conditions says, “Cards do not expire.” The terms page says it was last updated April 30, 2026. Roblox’s Gift Cards FAQ also says Roblox Gift Cards do not expire.
The explicit terms cited here are for the U.S. Other markets may have different terms, so check the conditions that apply where your card was issued.
What happens after you redeem a card?
When you redeem a Roblox Gift Card, its value is stored as Roblox Credit on the Roblox account that received it. You can check the balance in a web browser:
#1 Best Overall
- Redemption: Online only. Robux cards can only be redeemed in a browser at Roblox.com/redeem. They cannot be redeemed in the Roblox mobile app or any video game console.
- Roblox is an immersive platform for connection and communication. Every day, millions of people come to Roblox to create, play, work, learn, and connect with each other in experiences built by our global community of creators.
- Get more with every Roblox Gift Card! From now on, when you redeem a Roblox gift card, you get up to 25% more Robux. Perfect for gaming, creating, and exploring- more Robux means more possibilities!
- Deck out your avatar and unlock additional perks in your favorite experiences when you use Roblox Gift Cards to purchase Robux (Roblox's virtual currency).
- Each gift card grants a free virtual item upon redemption.
- Log in to the account that redeemed the card.
- Open the gift card redemption page. Look below the Redeem button for Available Credit.
- Alternatively, open Billing Settings and look beside the Roblox Credit line.
Roblox Credit does not appear on every account page and cannot be viewed or used in Roblox apps. Amazon Gift Cards and Party Packs Gift Cards are exceptions to the usual credit flow: Roblox says they provide Robux only, not Roblox Credit. Check the card or listing to confirm what kind of code you have.
Currency and redemption rules
Roblox says a Roblox Gift Card can be redeemed from another currency, with the value converted to the currency of the account. The U.S. terms explain the treatment of a non-U.S.-denominated card redeemed to a U.S.-dollar account.

Roblox’s U.S. terms say lost, damaged, stolen, or unauthorized-used card value will not be replaced or replenished.
