Partly. Streamlabs Talk Studio documents uploaded intro and outro clips, and it lets you add multiple MP4 videos and switch between them during a live show. Its guides do not confirm that it will automatically play a local video playlist in sequence or loop it. If you need to broadcast one complete prerecorded video at a scheduled time, Talk Studio documents that as a separate workflow.
What Talk Studio can do with video
There are three distinct workflows: an intro or outro clip, video items you switch between manually during a live stream, and a scheduled broadcast of one prerecorded video. They are not interchangeable, and the documented video controls do not establish automatic playlist playback.

Use clips in a live stream
Set an intro or outro
- In Talk Studio, open the Video button and go to Clips.
- Choose a preset or upload a clip, then preview it on the main canvas.
- Assign the clip as the intro or outro. The documented intro behavior is playback at the beginning of every live stream.
The guide specifies H.264/MP4 and upload maxima of 150 MB on Standard and 300 MB on Pro. It says Free users can select presets only. These are the limits and plan names given by the guide; check the current Talk Studio interface and plan details before preparing a file.
Add videos and switch manually
- In Talk Studio, select Share, then choose the video-sharing option.
- Add the MP4 videos you intend to use. The guide says multiple video items can be added from the left navigation.
- During the broadcast, select the video you want to show and switch to the next one when ready.
This is a manual workflow, not documented autoplay. The same guide describes a queue for background-audio tracks in MP3 or WAV; that audio queue should not be treated as evidence of a video-playlist queue.

Schedule one prerecorded broadcast
If you want a complete prerecorded video to go out as a scheduled broadcast rather than switching through clips in a host-led show, use Talk Studio’s Broadcast Scheduling workflow and choose the prerecorded-video option. Streamlabs’ guide lists a 5 GB maximum file size, with a duration limit of one hour on Standard and two hours on Pro or Ultra. It says event links can be created for Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn; confirm the current destination options in Talk Studio when scheduling.
Connect YouTube and check setup requirements
Talk Studio’s YouTube setup guide describes connecting YouTube as a destination. Streamlabs’ destination guide also discusses channel verification and a test stream. The YouTube guide describes verification taking up to 24 hours and an additional step that may take up to another 24 hours. Those are timings in Streamlabs’ setup instructions, not guaranteed current wait times: check the requirements and status shown in YouTube Studio and Talk Studio, since platform onboarding can change.

If you need automatic playback
The cited Talk Studio guides do not confirm automatic advancement, repeat, or looping for local video items. If your show depends on several videos playing in order without a host switching them, test the current interface or ask Streamlabs support to confirm the behavior before relying on it. Do not assume that the background-audio queue or the scheduled single-video broadcast provides that capability.
