Fortnite Creative documentation describes explosives that can damage or destroy structures and players, plus a vehicle-knockback setting; those general mechanics are not a Cybertruck-specific guarantee.
When the Cybertruck came to Fortnite
Fortnite’s verified channel announced the Cybertruck in a trailer on July 22, 2024, with an arrival in update v30.30 on July 23. Epic’s July 23 announcement tied the vehicle to the Summer Road Trip event, which ran until the v30.40 update on August 6, 2024.

What “blow up” means in Fortnite
Epic’s Creative documentation for explosive items says they can damage or destroy structures and players. Its explosive-device documentation also describes a vehicle-knockback setting.
