Yes. Put Exotic Fish in the thrall’s inventory and select Use to feed it manually. Raw Exotic Fish is listed with the effect Food Poisoning, while Cooked Exotic Fish is listed with Sated, so the cooked version is the safer choice if you want to avoid the raw item’s listed effect.
How to feed Exotic Fish to a thrall
- Open the thrall’s inventory.
- Move the Exotic Fish into the thrall’s inventory.
- Select the fish and choose Use.
This manual action is the clearest supported way to deliberately feed the fish. Thralls may automatically eat certain foods in their inventory, but the available references do not establish raw Exotic Fish as an automatically eaten food for every thrall. Funcom’s community post describes putting food in a thrall’s inventory as well as distributing food with Feed Boxes and Thrall Pots; it does not confirm that those systems will choose this fish for a particular thrall. Raw Exotic Fish versus Cooked Exotic Fish

Do thralls need food?
No. Thralls do not suffer hunger or thirst, so feeding them is not necessary to prevent starvation. Food matters for effects such as regeneration when a thrall is wounded, and a preferred diet can grant a bonus. The thrall reference describes their needs and food-related effects.
