No legitimate Roblox discovery method will lead you to “condo games.” The term generally describes user-created experiences built around sexualized content, which Roblox prohibits. Do not look for alternate spellings, private invite links or off-platform groups. Use Roblox’s own Search, Discover and Recommended for You features to find experiences that follow the rules.
What “condo games” means on Roblox
A January 2025 secondary description uses “condo games” for user-created Roblox subgames associated with sexually explicit material. Reports have also described Discord links being used to circulate them, but that reporting is context about the term—not a legitimate discovery route.
Roblox’s Community Standards prohibit sexual content or behavior, sexually suggestive content or behavior, and seeking or soliciting romantic relationships. Roblox’s Restricted Content Policy keeps relevant restrictions in place even for experiences marked Restricted, including sexual conversations, sexual acts, nudity and sexually suggestive behavior.
Why Discord-free searching does not change the answer
Removing Discord from the search does not make prohibited content acceptable. Searching for alternate names, joining private groups, requesting invite codes or following links shared outside Roblox can still direct you toward content that violates Roblox rules and can expose you to unsafe interactions.

What to do if you encounter a suspicious experience or message
- Leave the experience if it contains sexual material, asks you to perform sexual actions or directs you to another service.
- Do not click external links or accept private invitations. Do not provide personal information or move the conversation to another platform.
- Report the experience, account or chat through Roblox’s built-in reporting controls, selecting the category that best describes the content.
- Block the account if it continues contacting you.
- Tell a parent, guardian or trusted adult if you are under 18 or if anyone pressures, threatens or attempts to isolate you.
Finding mature themes legally and safely
If you want horror, romance-free social play, realistic role-playing or other mature themes, search for those genres directly within Roblox and read each experience’s description and content information. “Mature” does not mean sexual content is permitted: Roblox’s restrictions apply to Restricted experiences as well.
For a safer search, keep account privacy settings appropriately limited, use parental controls where relevant and stop interacting with anyone who asks to bypass Roblox’s systems. The lawful alternative to a “condo game” is not a different link; it is a Roblox experience that complies with the platform’s rules.
