No. In unmodded The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, no Khajiit is eligible for marriage, so there is no vanilla Khajiit wife. Female Khajiit do appear in the game, including caravan members, but their presence as NPCs does not make them marriage candidates.
Why a female Khajiit cannot be a vanilla spouse
The marriage roster in The Elder Scrolls Wiki’s Skyrim marriage guide lists no eligible Khajiit candidates. This is about NPC eligibility, not the player character’s race: playing as a Khajiit does not make a Khajiit NPC marriageable, and the available information does not establish a general ban on marriage between different races.
Female Khajiit such as Atahbah and Khayla are in the game as caravan members. Neither is on the vanilla marriage roster. Their roles as merchants—or other NPC roles such as trainer—do not unlock marriage.
Why the Amulet of Mara does not change eligibility
In the standard marriage system, you must first speak to Maramal about marriage, wear the Amulet of Mara, and meet the individual character’s prerequisite before proposal dialogue becomes available. If you propose to an eligible character, you then arrange the wedding with Maramal at the Temple of Mara. These steps do not add a character to the roster: wearing the amulet will not make a vanilla Khajiit eligible.

How mods can add Khajiit marriage options
Mods can change the answer, but they do so by enabling marriage for existing characters or adding new Khajiit characters—not by revealing a hidden vanilla quest.
Khajiit Marriage And Follower Mod
The Khajiit Marriage And Follower Mod listing says it enables marriage with caravan Khajiit without console commands and makes J’zargo available after his quest. The listing also notes bugs and setup caveats, so check its current instructions and compatibility information before installing it.

The Khajiit Will Follow marriage guide documents marriage conditions for its mod-added followers Bikhai, Ma’kara, Nanak, and S’ariq. Requirements include completing each character’s quest, with additional follower activities applying in some cases. These options belong to the mod; they do not make vanilla Khajiit marriageable.
Mod availability and compatibility can depend on your Skyrim edition and platform. Before choosing one, check which characters it makes marriageable, its supported edition and platform, any required dependencies, and its update information. The cited mod pages do not establish one option as the best or currently compatible choice for every setup.
