No—Ubisoft does not provide a general way to transfer a game you have activated or redeemed from one Ubisoft account to another. The entitlement stays with the Ubisoft account that claimed it. If a game is missing, first sign in to the account used to activate or redeem it; if it is still absent, contact Ubisoft Support with proof of purchase.
What stays with your Ubisoft account
Ubisoft says its games and in-game content are linked to the account where they were activated or redeemed. A game claimed on a different Ubisoft account therefore will not appear in the Ubisoft Connect PC library for the account you are currently using. Ubisoft’s library troubleshooting page gives the same guidance.
This means changing which account is linked to a platform, or signing in on another device, does not move the game entitlement. Ubisoft’s published help guidance does not describe a transfer process for mistaken activations or other account-specific cases.
If a Ubisoft game is on the wrong account or missing
- Sign out and check the Ubisoft account. Sign in to the account you used when you activated or redeemed the game, then check its library.
- Contact Ubisoft Support if the game is still missing. Ubisoft’s library troubleshooting guidance recommends contacting support and attaching proof of purchase.
For a mistaken redemption or other unusual case, ask support to review the account and purchase details. Do not assume that support can transfer the entitlement; Ubisoft’s public guidance does not promise that outcome.

Transferring a game is not the same as linking a platform account
You can connect external accounts, such as PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Epic, to a Ubisoft account. Ubisoft describes linking as a way to use supported services and features, including crossplay or cross-progression in games that offer them—not as a general way to move a Ubisoft game to another Ubisoft account. Unlinking also has consequences. Ubisoft says you can lose access to content bought from a platform store when you unlink that platform account; relinking the same platform account is needed to regain access. Ubisoft says you can relink only the platform account originally connected to the Ubisoft account. If you need a different platform account connected, contact support before unlinking. When a purchase can include access on more than one platform
Some Microsoft Store offers provide access across platforms, but this is an offer-specific entitlement—not a transfer to a different Ubisoft account. Ubisoft says a Microsoft Store PC purchase must be accessed with the same Ubisoft account used to buy it. Certain console purchases include a PC version only when the product is marked “PC version included with purchase”; some DLC or season-pass content may also carry across platforms under that offer. Ubisoft Connect Units and Rewards
Ubisoft Connect Loyalty Program terms, last updated February 2025, separately prohibit transferring or exchanging Units and Rewards between users or accounts. This restriction concerns loyalty benefits, not the transfer of a game. See the Loyalty Program terms.

Closing an account is not a workaround. Ubisoft says closure removes access to Ubisoft Connect PC games, games owned on linked platforms, and progression. The account is suspended for 30 days before permanent closure; after closure, Ubisoft says the account and associated data cannot be restored. Review Ubisoft’s account-closure information before taking any action.

If you see a PC Game Pass “profile already linked” error
For this specific error, Ubisoft advises unlinking the Ubisoft account from the Xbox account and linking the Ubisoft account you intend to use. If you need to use a different Xbox account after a previous link, Ubisoft directs you to contact support. This is a platform-linking fix for the stated error, not a method of transferring Ubisoft game ownership. See Ubisoft’s PC Game Pass linking guidance.
