Bring a Lightning damage option, leave room in your setup for healing, and be ready for a tougher fight than the base Luster.
Where to find Chromatic Luster
The encounter is in the Forgotten Battlefield during Act 2. From the Vanguard Point flag, descend the pipe into the second half of the zone. Continue through the middle, then turn right into the trenches near the ghostly image of a woman. Follow the trenches past the troubadour to their end. This is a route from a named flag; the game does not provide in-game coordinates or a minimap.
