Vault Key Fragment location
PC Gamer reports the Coastal Bonescape Vault Key Fragment on a crate at the base of a tower on an island near the water in Stillshore, in the southwest corner of the region. Treat this as a guide location rather than an official checklist entry or independently verified in-game observation. Coastal Bonescape Red Chest unlock condition
Gearbox’s January 29, 2026 update notes say the “Red Chest in Coastal Bonescape will only unlock when all enemies are killed.” This is a chest unlock condition, not an additional collectible category or a change to the walkthrough’s listed inventory. The same notes mention a traversal fix: characters can climb after double jumping at the Abandoned Post Safehouse, which may help when navigating that landmark.
