For a hosted 1080p YouTube loop, compare file limits, playlist and scheduling controls, stream destinations, recovery behavior, and the cost of your expected hours and number of streams. StreamNeo is the first option to consider if you want a cloud-run YouTube loop: it plays uploaded video at its original quality up to 4K 60fps for one flat price per slot, and the first day is free.
The providers below advertise support for prerecorded loops, but their product pages are not independent tests of delivered quality or uptime. A 1080p label alone does not establish what viewers will see: source frame rate, encoder settings, YouTube ingest, and YouTube’s viewer-side transcoding all matter.
At a glance: hosted YouTube loop services
This is a point-in-time comparison of provider-page claims checked on October 3, 2026, not a hands-on test. Features, pricing, limits, trials, and availability can change; verify current terms with each provider before subscribing.

StreamNeo is first here because it runs continuously from the cloud, accepts uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and offers a free first day. Its service is for YouTube, not other destinations. Its plans differ by duration, not by stream quality or included product features. See StreamNeo for details.

Which service fits your workload?
One YouTube channel with a single playlist
Start by comparing the number of simultaneous streams you need, whether the playlist can repeat indefinitely, and how the service behaves after a connection interruption. StreamNeo includes one always-on stream per slot and automatic recovery if YouTube drops the stream. Streaminal Basic is described as one destination per stream and includes playlists, while YTStream lists auto-restart. These are provider claims; the reviewed pages do not establish independently measured recovery performance.
A large or mixed-format video library
Check exact file formats and individual file caps before uploading. Among the providers compared here, Streaminal lists files up to 15 GB each; Streamloop lists 1.5 GB per free file and 5 GB per paid file. YtLive Stream lists several formats and claims automatic transcoding, but its pricing was not verified. The reviewed YTStream page did not establish input formats or file size. StreamNeo includes 10 GB of storage per slot, pooled across active slots; confirm that your total library fits before starting.

Several channels or destinations
Calculate the price for every simultaneous stream and confirm whether each stream can target the destination you need. Streaminal Basic is described as one destination per stream. Streamloop lists multiple platforms and custom RTMP, while YtLive Stream describes custom RTMP on premium plans. For StreamNeo, a slot is one YouTube stream; if you need five or more slots, contact its support team.
Price-sensitive or intermittent use
Do not compare a monthly subscription directly with an hourly credit offer without normalizing for stream hours, output quality, number of streams, storage, and any overage. YTStream’s page advertised a $1 offer for 100 hours at 1080p, but promotions can change. Streamloop’s credit use varies by quality, frame rate, and duration. StreamNeo offers daily, weekly, monthly, six-month, and yearly billing, with the same product on each duration. Check renewal and cancellation terms on the provider page before paying.

How to verify that “1080p” means the right thing for your stream
Separate input resolution from viewer playback
YouTube accepts 1080p live input and transcodes incoming live streams into formats for viewers. The resolution sent to YouTube is therefore not a guarantee that every viewer will see 1080p: playback depends on YouTube’s available transcodes and the viewer’s device and connection. Check the destination’s stream health during a test rather than relying only on a provider’s quality label. YouTube’s encoder settings guidance.
Match bitrate to codec and frame rate
YouTube’s H.264 table recommends 5 Mbps for 1080p at 30 fps and lists 6 Mbps as the minimum. For 1080p at 60 fps, it recommends 17 Mbps and lists 10 Mbps as the minimum. These figures apply to the specified H.264 resolution and frame rate; other codecs have different guidance. YtLive Stream’s advertised “up to 6000 kbps” is a provider specification, not a universal target for every codec or frame rate. Consult the current YouTube table for the codec you plan to send. Ask about encoding and ingest
- Confirm the actual output resolution and frame rate the service sends, not only the resolution printed on a plan.
- Ask whether it passes through your source file or transcodes it. This matters when your original frame rate, codec, or bitrate is important.
- Ask which YouTube ingest protocol it uses. YouTube recommends RTMPS and describes it as encrypting stream data to and through Google’s servers; YouTube’s LiveStreams API also lists RTMP (including RTMPS), HLS, and DASH. YouTube encoder settings · LiveStreams API.
- Run a private or unlisted test where appropriate, inspect YouTube’s live stream health, and confirm the stream is stable before relying on it for a scheduled broadcast.
Choose by checking these six things
- Match your files. Compare the exact supported formats, maximum size per file, total storage, audio handling, and whether the provider transcodes. If a file exceeds a stated cap, ask whether it can be split or transcoded before paying.
- Confirm loop behavior. Decide whether you need one file repeated forever, an ordered playlist, shuffle, repeat counts, scheduling, or the ability to change content while live. The providers advertise different combinations; confirm the behavior on the plan you intend to use.
- Count destinations and streams. A single destination may be enough for one channel. For multiple channels or platforms, verify simultaneous broadcasting and calculate the cost per stream rather than assuming a logo list means multi-destination service in one plan.
- Check scheduling and recovery. Confirm calendar and recurring scheduling, time-zone handling, restart behavior, stream monitoring, and what happens when a plan’s credits or quota run out.
- Compare total cost on the same basis. Use expected continuous hours, resolution and frame rate, stream count, included storage, and overage charges. Confirm renewal, cancellation, trial conversion, and eligibility terms; an advertised trial does not guarantee identical terms for every account or region.
- Validate the 1080p path. Ask about output frame rate, bitrate, transcoding, and ingest protocol, then check YouTube’s current encoder guidance and the destination’s stream health.
Copyright and YouTube channel rules still apply
A service that loops an uploaded file does not grant rights to the video, music, artwork, or other material in it. Use content you own or are authorized to broadcast, and check YouTube’s current copyright and monetization rules before scheduling a long-running stream. Repeating content does not make it original or rights-cleared. StreamNeo offers a copyright safety checklist; YouTube’s policies and enforcement are separate from any provider’s service.
Or let it run in the cloud
With StreamNeo, upload your recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. It keeps the loop running in the cloud, so nothing has to stay on at home. It streams your uploaded quality up to 4K 60fps at one price per slot, and automatically recovers if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card; monthly billing is $9.99 per month. It streams to YouTube only. For Indian users, UPI and cards are accepted; card checkout is available worldwide. Use the free upload-time calculator or cloud vs PC cost calculator to plan, then start your free StreamNeo day.
