PARIVISION brought HObbit back because coach dastan felt the previous lineup lacked team chemistry, and he believes HObbit’s experience means the roster can focus on performing rather than teaching a new player. Dastan hopes the veteran can win another trophy, but he has not promised how long this lineup will stay together.
In an interview published by HLTV on October 3, 2026, PARIVISION coach Dastan Akbayev explained the thinking behind HObbit’s return. His case was about more than adding an experienced name: he said the previous roster did not feel like a cohesive team, while the new lineup should be ready to work toward results. Those are the coach’s reasons and expectations, not proof that the change will improve the team.
Why dastan wanted HObbit back
Dastan said he did not feel the previous team, which included slaxejezzz, had the chemistry needed to operate as one unit. He presented HObbit’s experience as a way to avoid a lengthy teaching phase and move directly toward performance.
“With the team with slaxejezzz, I didn’t feel that we have team chemistry. I don’t feel that we are one team. And when we bring HObbit, his experience, we don’t need to teach him, and now it’s time to perform.”

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
That makes the roster change a bet on readiness and cohesion. It does not establish that the prior lineup lacked firepower, or that experience alone will solve PARIVISION’s problems.
The balance of veterans and younger players
Dastan described the lineup as “three old school guys and two younger” players. In his view, experience is only part of the equation: the younger players still have responsibilities that need to fit together with those of their teammates.

xiELO’s role and development
Dastan said xiELO has important roles and needs to perform better. He also said xiELO and FL1T need to understand how their responsibilities work together. This points to role fit as a practical issue for the roster, rather than simply a question of which players are older or more experienced.
HObbit and FL1T’s form
Dastan said HObbit and FL1T need to regain form and adapt their strafing and shooting. His comments frame the experience brought by HObbit as an advantage to build on, not a substitute for finding strong individual form.

Map adaptation is part of the challenge
Dastan said older maps suit HObbit and FL1T’s experience better, while PARIVISION still has issues with how it approaches newer maps. That distinction suggests the team’s adjustment is not just about settling player roles: it also has to translate experience into effective play across its map pool.
Another trophy is the goal, not a guarantee
Dastan described his personal aim as helping HObbit add another trophy to his career:

The quote captures the coach’s ambition for the move, while his remarks about form and map adaptation show the work he believes remains. The interview does not establish that another trophy is assured.

How long will the lineup play together?
Dastan left the roster’s tenure open. “I can’t say from which time, for which time we will play together,” he said, adding that future decisions would follow results. The interview therefore describes a lineup whose continued status depends on how it performs, not a confirmed long-term arrangement.
What the Major context did—and did not—say
At the time of HLTV’s October 3, 2026 article, PARIVISION had beaten Legacy in a close match that went to overtime. HLTV reported the team had a 95% chance of making the Major in that match context. That was a time-specific probability reported alongside the result; it should not be read as a current qualification forecast or as confirmation that PARIVISION ultimately qualified.
The interview was conducted by Harry “NER0cs” Richards for HLTV. Its account captures dastan’s reasoning at that moment: he wanted a more cohesive team, expected HObbit’s experience to help the roster get to work, and intended to let results shape what came next.
