The Diablo IV and DOOM: The Dark Ages crossover ran as part of the Season of Slaughter, which Blizzard also identifies as Season 12. It offered Reliquary rewards earned through gameplay, three free Shop emblems, paid Shop cosmetics and a Twitch Drop. Blizzard’s announcement does not list prices for the paid cosmetics or say when the offers ended, so their current availability and cost are unconfirmed.
What was in the Diablo 4 DOOM crossover?
Blizzard described the collaboration as a limited-time event in Diablo IV’s Season of Slaughter. The announcement calls it Season 12 in its Twitch Drops section. The rewards were split across several ways to participate:

Which rewards could you earn through gameplay?
The Reliquary’s named examples included the Shield Saw cosmetic skin, Slayer’s Flail and Head of the Cyberdemon back trophy. Blizzard presents these as examples, not as a complete item list. Claiming every Reliquary reward unlocked the Forsaken Gates Town Portal.
The separate Lair Boss drop was chance-based: defeating a Lair Boss could yield a DOOM chest with existing Uniques featuring DOOM Crucible transmogs. It was not described as a guaranteed reward.

How much did the paid DOOM cosmetics cost?
Blizzard’s Diablo IV announcement confirms that players could buy the DOOM Slayer armor, Mecha Dragon Serrat mount skin and Cacodemon pet in the in-game Shop, but it gives no individual or bundle prices and no cash equivalents. There is not enough information in the announcement to compare the three cosmetics by cost. Do not assume a price based on other Diablo IV cosmetic bundles.
Are the crossover items still available?
The cited announcement gives event dates in March 2026 and describes the crossover as limited-time, but it does not specify an end date for the Reliquary or Shop cosmetics. As of October 8, 2026, these sources do not establish whether any of the offers remain obtainable. Check the Diablo IV in-game Shop and event interfaces for current availability; the historical schedule alone cannot confirm that an item can still be claimed or purchased.
