Bandai Namco’s November 6, 2025 update for Digimon Story Time Stranger lists build 01.000.005 on PS5, 1.6.1.0 on Xbox Series X|S, and 20597123 on Steam. The patch is primarily a collection of fixes, including several mission blockers, battle issues, and New Game Plus problems—not a story-content update.

What the update fixes
The notes describe a broad set of corrections rather than new missions or story material. Notable examples include:
- Main-mission progression: fixes address the Raremon Cross Arts issue in “Reunions Bring Trouble” and a retry problem involving Parrotmon in “Gathering Storm Clouds.”
- Objectives and side missions: the update corrects objective markers and fixes side-mission progression and event problems.
- Field issues: fixes cover characters falling through terrain or becoming stuck.
- Battle behavior: the notes include a final-boss behavior fix, a correction for a mismatch in the final boss’s displayed HP, and fixes for incorrect skill outcomes and buff/debuff displays.
- New Game Plus: the update addresses unexpected Digimon stat increases when starting a new game after returning to the title screen.
The English notes also close with “Other usability improvements and minor adjustments to backgrounds, models, and text.” The listed changes are therefore mainly fixes, with smaller usability and presentation adjustments.

Switch platform note
Bandai Namco’s official game page lists PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Nintendo Switch 2, and Nintendo Switch. However, the November 6 patch notes provide build numbers only for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. They do not establish November build numbers for either Switch platform, so those listed versions should not be applied to Switch.

Bandai Namco’s Japanese official update archive corroborates the November 6 date and the same three build numbers. Its detailed entry also mentions an Outer Dungeon field-gimmick fix in “Titan Tribe’s Grudge,” which does not appear in the English-language patch-note list.
