What is the single-player campaign called?
Electronic Arts calls the campaign War Stories. EA’s Beginner’s Guide identifies War Stories as the single-player campaign and describes its anthology format. EA’s product page likewise refers to “the single player War Stories.”

How is War Stories structured?
Rather than one uninterrupted campaign starring the same protagonist, War Stories presents distinct tales centered on different characters. You can think of it as a collection of standalone campaign episodes within the game.
Was every War Story available at launch?
No. The Last Tiger was added after launch. EA’s launch announcement said this single-player War Story would become available beginning December 4, 2018; Battlefield V launched on November 20, 2018, according to EA’s product page and launch announcement.

Is the whole game single-player?
No. War Stories is the single-player campaign, but Battlefield V also includes multiplayer and cooperative Combined Arms. EA lists PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox among its platforms. For current availability, check the store for your platform and region; the original release date does not establish whether a particular edition is currently sold.
